Our experience was very good! We live in the Augusta/Defiance area and finding good quality contractors can be a challenge. Some will not come out to our area. We have a home we take pride in and having quality craftsmanship is our priority as we are remodeling/improving/maintaining this property most of the time. Mosby came in and did what they said they would do and did a great job with an excellent warranty on their labor. I recommend Mosby to anyone who cares about the integrity of their home.

Mosby was great to work with for my project from beginning to end. At the beginning they were very thorough in reviewing the details of my project and explaining everything to me. They were very good at staying in touch with me and explaining the timeline of when things were completed and providing updates as needed. My project was completed based on the estimated cost which was helpful when planning a budget for this. If we have another project in the future I will definitely choose Mosby.

From the design stage, the construction stage, and the completion stage we were very happy with the entire process. Our designer, Abby, helped me with the important decisions of materials. Dave and Eric planned the construction process expertly. Blake and Aiden did the work in a timely and flawless process. Everything worked out so well and we love our new kitchen.

I just recently replaced all my old non-functioning windows in my house. Working with Mosby was extremely easy and stress free. The communication was great and I felt like I was receiving a white-glove service. The salesman Nick was informative, my project manager Dan was knowledgeable, and the field workers Walter and Kasey were professional and left my house spot free. My new windows are beautiful and I have peace of mind knowing that they were installed properly! I highly recommend them for any home project! Thank you Mosby!

We recently worked with the Mosby team to redesign our master bathroom, using universal design to prepare for aging in place. We are very pleased with the functional and aesthetic outcome. From the design phase, to materials selection, through construction the process was seamless and the communication was excellent. The Mosby app was helpful to look at the schedule and see photos of the work done each day. We felt our project was in very good hands from start to finish.

Mosby did an amazing job with my bathroom remodel! Everyone on the team was excellent, they took great pains to protect my household during construction, they were on schedule, and their communication with me kept me updated throughout the process. The design is spectacular and came out exactly as I envisioned. My only quibble is that there were a couple of small items on which we miscommunicated, but they rectified them in a timely manner. Overall, great work.

Jake Spurgeon, our design consultant immediately took ownership of our project, upon his arrival. He was very patient, as he answered our numerous questions. Mosby relies on their stellar reputation, and word of mouth, to earn your business, not high pressure tactics, as with other companies. They accommodate your schedule, giving you the option to complete other projects you have in mind, at a later date.
Jake provided us with design concepts that we could never have conceived of or envisioned ourselves. He is ultra personable and very professional. We look forward to working with Jake. It was quite apparent to us that Jake was genuinely invested in our Mosby Building Arts experience.|

Mosby did an amazing job doing complete updates on both our bathrooms. It's amazing com ing home and taking a luxurious shower with our beautiful tile and awesome dual sprayers! Their communication was great and everyone comments on how gorgeous their work is!
