I really tried to give Enrich Construction the benefit of the doubt. The owner, Mr. Rich, seems like a great businessman.
His "project manager," Joe, and a few other workers are whom I hold to be the issue. I am sure Joe is a wonderful person and, for the most part, a good guy. For this, I don't judge. Timeliness, quality of work, professionalism, communication, and problem-solving abilities are all skills that could use major improvement. It is my belief that these issues could be remedied with extensive training and on-the-job mentoring to include accountability. More attention and effort put into the quality of customer service skills could have made my experience much more pleasant. A little care can go a long way.
My small garage brick wall repair has been going on for 3 months and still remains incomplete from my perspective. If I do not actively call weekly, I will not see or hear from anyone. As I have had to significantly change my expectations of what I consider completed, I can only assume they have decided my project is done.

On-site work was frequently redundant; there were cracks in the masonry work; the aluminum trim was left with sharp edges and gaps; sealant was not applied for weather protection; debris, small metal cuttings, concrete, and brick pieces were left in the driveway and grassy area; workers left for other priority projects and did not return unless contacted by phone; urine was allowed to leak onto the street (I believe urination occurred inside the company trailer parked outside my home); and workers loitered on my deck to plug in a microwave they brought to cook meals. Ext.

I can only speculate that larger projects involving extensive company profit receive more care, attention, and better craftsmanship. I do not recommend Enrich Construction for small home projects. I would be remiss if I did not share my experience and risk repercussions from this company. I believe others should consult other companies before committing to paying a deposit or paying an invoice in full to "get on the schedule."

All of their workers were very friendly and helpful. The drywall finishing was excellent! I would absolutely hire them if I need any more parts of my house repaired or updated!

They placed a sign in my yard without asking for permission. I've never used this service and am unsure why they thought it'd be appropriate to litter on my property.

Expect poor craftsmanship and unprofessionalism. They won't return your calls.
