Paid Todd $4500 plus for parts to fix Rv, never came back. Excuse after excuse. He said - just sent in to the warranty company, which is fraud. We still had to pay to get the issue fixed. Horrible horrible service. Still waiting for my money. He promised to pay monthly, still waiting. Small claims perhaps

POOR COMMUNICATION, promise to return the next day in the early morning and he would finish the work. So I waited text him and called him multiple times. He said he will be here at 9am the next day and nothing after he took the end of the wire. Connecter and my money. never showed up. I miss two other appointments waiting.. Anyone reading this DO NOT PAY UNTILL THE WORK IS COMPLETED LIKE HE PROMISE TO FINISH . In his case it was supposed to be the same day then he said he would show up the next day at 9 am and told me face to face that I can trust him and he would be here the next day.I waited and never showed up. I have the receipt with all his writing on it. He knows he did me wrong and he will make every excuse . He never even came back the next day to even put my wire back together and tell me he can't fix it.

This guy showed up with every excuse in the book. I had to fire two guys, a guy fell through the roof, my trucks broke so my mom has to give me a ride. He finally showed up nine hours late to fix nothing and charge me $340. This is the worst service I’ve ever tried and I used to be part of Columbia House Music Club. I will never call him again ever, and suggest you don’t either.

I work for a dealership in New York and we Called David to help take care of a customer that was in the area and was having some issues. He took care of all the customers issues and answered all there questions. David was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend for any mobile service from them and i would recommend all my customers in the area to you use them for service.

Payed Todd his fee for coming out only for him to show up and spend 20 minutes diagnosing my refrigerator problem (which wasn't the problem according to other RV repair guys). He said he needed to get the part and we scheduled for the following week and ever since then he's been leading me on with varying excuses as to why he can't complete the job. You'll have better luck elsewhere. This guy is a fraud.

Owner took time to walk us thru a fix on our ac. Unbelievable service from someone who didn’t even make a dime from us. Took the time to try to help us knowing how hot it is without an AC. That says everything about the individual who runs their own business. Kudos to Todd, keep it up!

Todd answered my call and he came out when expected calling me when he was on his way. We had already purchased the part for the black water valve but couldn’t figure out how to replace it. We highly recommend their services and we plan on calling on him again because RV’s always have issues.
