Due to Hurricane Helene, we were forced into redoing our kitchen. I was fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with Blanca, and I can’t say enough about her outstanding customer service. From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly responsive and quick to address all my questions. She was not only efficient but also extremely kind and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The cabinet design and installation were done flawlessly, and the quality of the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Every interaction was handled with care, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them.

I've been buying cabinets here for over 5 years now. But just recently on the last 2 years I started to buy bigger quantities and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of your cabinets compared to other local companies. On top of that the replacement for damaged parts, returns and customer service is top notch. They can't be bothered to return emails or phone calls about simple questions from a contractor trying to put a Helene-destroyed kitchen back together. If you actually want to GET cabinets, you need to go elsewhere.

Edit: I drove to the showroom to speak directly with the management and address the lack of communication problems. Blanca heard my concerns and was responsive and took action to address the issue. She connected with a different, senior designer, Justus, who was absolutely wonderful. He is knowledgeable, professional, and helped spec out my kitchen. If you choose to go to Panda, ask for Justus. As well, Keith, the GM made a point to speak with me and apologize for the lack of communication. They turned a very negative impression into a positive one. Thank you!

Very happy with my designer Cindy for her professionalism and fast service anytime I need a design. The cashier Laury is also always very friendly and helpfull anytime I have questions about my quote. Great Company with great prices and staff!
