I cannot speak more highly of our family experience with Carillon and especially the owner Tyler.
My mother (who is a part time resident and recent widow) experienced significant damage from both of the 2024 hurricanes. Tyler and his company were absolutely amazing to help remove the wet flooring (hardwood and carpet) as quickly as possible and provided mold remediation.
Tyler’s team has also been wonderful about replacing tile, carpet, and engineered hardwood in the various areas of the house. Much of this work has been done without a family member on site and it has gone so smoothly. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in to your store, Tim the design consultant was simply terrific. Not only does he have a great eye, but he's just such a nice person who made us feel like we were going to make a great decision with his help. He's the exact reason why we decided to get our flooring from your company as opposed to Home Depot. Went above and beyond every step of the way and gave us significant time and helped us understand what would work for us and blend with our cabinets. Tim is the kind of guy you want front and center with your customers in my opinion!

The other person I want to recommend is Mike, our installer. Mike kept excellent communication with us and I felt completely confident that he was going to do his absolute best. We were very excited when we saw how close he was able to put our wood-like tile! We liked the way he works so much that we had him do some additional work for us after the Carillon job was completed. What's unique about Mike is that he's such a perfectionist and master of his craft, yet he has such a nice way of communicating with people in a pleasant way.

Will be highly recommending Carillon floors to anyone I can. Couldn't imagine having a better experience! Thanks again.

We had our stairs wrapped in carpet and the carpet started pulling away from a few of the them after installation. As soon as we informed them of the problem, they were quick to come back and fix it. It looks great.

We just had our LVP completed last week. I have to say, this company has the best service but also they are tidy, respectful and the outcome of their work is superb. They actually went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to our liking and even came back to check on us to make sure everything was perfect. Amazing service and work! I chose them because they make every customer feel valued, whether it's big or small project.
