Angie was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us as soon as we walked in and sat us down. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and when there was an issue on my part, she was so quick to resolve it and so understanding. She checked on us periodically and made sure that we were well taken care of. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was inviting. Overall, a really good vibe. we ordered the grilled cheese with brisket and it was absolutely delicious! Also the lemon pepper wings were top-tier definitely did not taste like your average wings. The cheesy bacon fries were crispy and so cheesy. My partner ordered the grilled cheese fajita and it’s now his favorite thing on the menu. Also very inexpensive for what we had ordered two appetizers and two entrées and drinks for under 50 bucks! Will definitely be returning.

Very good first time experience it was a little long on getting a hostess so I could be seated other than that. It was a very pleasant experience very nice atmosphere. I’ve been sleeping on this place for a long time. Definitely won’t be my last time. I probably end up trying the entire menu. I got the dude that sandwich is basically a sloppy Joe grilled cheese. It was awesome.

I had the pleasure of stopping by Dallas Grilled Cheese this morning for a simple yet incredible breakfast—a classic grilled cheese sandwich and a coffee. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what truly made my experience stand out was Megan, who works at the bar area.

Megan went above and beyond to make my visit special. Not only did she take my order before her shift even started, but she also took the time to have a genuine, uplifting conversation with me. She shared her positive outlook on Mondays, turning what many consider a rough start to the week into a refreshing and inspiring moment. Her energy was contagious, and it set the tone for an amazing experience.

As for the food—the grilled cheese was absolutely perfect! Crispy on the outside, melted to perfection on the inside, and packed with flavor. It was everything you’d want in a comforting breakfast.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and if you're looking for a quick and satisfying breakfast in a welcoming environment, this is the spot! I highly recommend stopping by, and if you're lucky, you’ll get to experience Megan’s outstanding hospitality firsthand.

This is a cute little cafe style restaurant. Good food and a nice atmosphere. The service was a little slow considering the size of the restaurant, but it wasn’t terrible. Most of the food is pretty “heavy”, but everything was done well with good flavor. If you enjoy a grilled cheese, this is a great place to try.

They slayed I came thinking it was a fast food chipotle type of deal but it’s kind of a sit down restaurant. So I sat down and ate by myself that baked potato soup was excellent I wish I could buy it by the gallon. I got the Mac and cheese grilled cheese with brisket it was ok definitely needed a lot of salt but I enjoyed it. And they got the sprite that hurts when you drink it. I’ll be bringing my girls

This place is a really cool, kind of laid back cafe style restaurant. The sandwiches are always really good, and the fries are always on point. The only negative is the busy parking area, so use the garage on weekends. Cheers!

Typically it’s a 4/5 place. However when I placed an order to-go the quality, and quantity of the food was lacking. First photo shows the supposed brisket grill cheese I received. The third photo shows what the sandwich usually looks like.
It’s a decent place to visit for a grill cheese. Just disappointed on the lack of consistency when it came to my to-go order..
