I walked in not sure if i would be able to be assisted without and appointment and if they would be able to help me calculate square footage for my project. I was greeted but the staff who were all friendly! I ended up working with Brandon who was amazing!! Very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated my experience. I didn’t feel like a bother and he went above and beyond to help me. I will be going through him for any future needs! If you go to this location ask for Brandon!!

Giving 3 stars because of our time with Angelique. All other experiences at the store and pick up location were unorganized and unprofessional. The first time we entered the store, all employees were talking amongst themselves and didn't bother to look up. So we left. After we called and had our wonderful appointment with Angelique, we ordered tiles via the phone from the store manager. It took us 3 calls to get through to anyone. The store manager told us she arranged a pickup time for us, but when we got to the warehouse we were told nothing had been packaged and have been waiting almost an hour after our given time slot. We will not be working with this company again.

My husband and I built a custom home— exciting, but beyond overwhelming!! We were scheduled to meet with Blake M. To pick out our tiles. It was the most amazing experience throughout the entire building process! He spent hours getting to know us, our style, helping us in picking selections based on us and our budget. We have been in our home for 2 months now and I’m still in awe with how it all turned out thanks to Blake. He helped make our house a home!!!

Karol was a lifesaver during our recent bathroom remodel! She listened to our ideas and helped us translate them into a beautiful and functional design. The whole process was smooth because Karol was there every step of the way, helping us source materials and navigate any challenges. Our bathrooms are now not only gorgeous but also so much easier to maintain. We can't wait to work with Karol again on our next project!
