TrueSon was the best group to work with and we choose them after getting 2 other quotes. All 3 places we quoted were around the same price but TrueSon understood what we wanted and how to get it done. Our project was completed over a year ago and I am still happy with the outcome today. Stacey and Tyler were great and I appreciated them being on my project. They were easy to communicate with and wanted to make sure we were happy. We had an office, bedroom and addition added on, plus a bathroom remodeled and a new deck put on. Very pleased and I look forward to working with them again.

TrueSon recently completed the large job of residing our home including updated fascia/soffit and gutters. From the initial meeting with Nevada to obtain a bid for the project, to working with project managers and the individual crew led by Johnny, the entire experience was incredible. Johnny and his crew were attentive, and it shows in the final product. There were some product delays in the middle of our project, but I was proactively notified of updated timelines. The subcontractor used for our gutters were also great. If you value communication, strong attention to detail and timely job completion, I encourage you to reach out to TrueSon!

We got several quotes for a full replacement of our house’s siding, gutters, and soffit. TrueSon’s rep was the one that we felt was the most personable, and for the price tag, we felt comfortable with the work we’ve seen them do around town. They were consummate professionals without being overbearing or know-it-alls, and after we expressed to them the issues we had with a different contractor in town, they were empathetic and worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with every step and timeline. The work was done quickly and so, so well! The onsite daily crew leader Johnny was great to chat with and get to know. We’ll be calling them back for any big projects in the future!

I got quotes for window replacement from TrueSon Exteriors and another reputable business in Columbia. TrueSon provided a much more detailed quote and spent more time measuring. I’m glad I chose them to replace my windows (Pella) as they did a magnificent job and exceeded my expectations. Nevada was great to work with and the guys who did the work were truly masters at their craft. After a fresh coat of paint ( AiPainting) and new windows, our 55 year old ranch home is looking great. Would definitely use TrueSon again!

Pulling the trigger to replace them was a scary task but the folks at TrueSon made the process smooth and the windows are amazing.
