The Renovation Couple - if I could give 10 stars I would! After weeding out all the predatory contractors after Hurricane Ian (and you know who you are) THIS COMPANY WAS A GIFT. I had see a snippet of their work and had heard amazing things about this company. But could this be true? My first contractor took 14 months to get the ball rolling. After much disappointment and countless excuses they were fired. I hired Renovation Couple and within 10 weeks my condo (2bd/2b) was done to perfection. I couldn't believe it, from soup to nuts! They handled all permits, scheduled all inspections accordingly that no time was wasted moving to the next step of a total rebuild. Their tradesman were exceptionally polite and clean & professional in appearance and always addressed me with respect. I was supplied a detailed work schedule /flow sheet in the order of execution to completion. Communication was immediate either through email or phone call, staff always reached out. I have never had a remodel in 20 years of buying, selling, renting, flipping go so flawlessly AND after a major Hurricane. I shared a vision of what I hoped this condo could be and The Renovation Couple made it happen right down to the smallest detail and then some! I am booking them for my next project before word gets out.

This was truly a pleasure to worth with the Renovation Couple. We were out of town when the work was done and had worries using a new contractor while not being there. We were updated as needed and felt comfortable during the whole 8 week process. Both of our bathroom remodels came out great. The project was on time, on budget and looks great. We couldn't be happier with the whole process.
