We are very pleased with the quality renovations Stimatz Construction made to our home: Tile flooring, painting, kitchen and bathroom updates.

I absolutely LOVE my kitchen: The crew removed a plant shelf (allowing more light from the family room), and installed beautiful granite counters, which are now the highlight of my kitchen. We had a custom mobile butcher block made to match the shaker style cabinets (comes in handy for extra storage). They also took out florescent lighting and installed canned lights.

Extremely pleased with the work Stimatz Construction made to our home--we plan to have our master bath renovated in the future.

The level of detail and quality of the workmanship is very impressive. I appreciated the "can do" attitude along with the willingness to achieve truly custom results. Nothing is cookie cutter. Working with the owner and the crew we developed a real plan to my wish. So many other "custom" builders and contractors give you a box of choices. Square or rectangle, round or oval. Stimatz worked with me, explaining in details what could be accomplished within my budget and what might have to be reassessed. There was never a "take it or leave it" approach. We worked together for a complete remodel making necessary adjustments along the way.
The one draw back was the length of time to get the project completed. Most of the delay was due to permitting and inspections from the county. Stimatz kept me informed every step of the way. The company has many resources at hand, even doubling up labor to complete all the tasks on time and within budget.
I have several other remodeling projects in my home and I will use Stimatz for every one of them. I cannot recommend Stimatz highly enough.
