Used this company for the first time today. They had picked up on the first call, were very informative, got me an estimate easily, and provided next day service. We had a bunch of busted up concrete debris that would’ve been a pain to load onto our trailer and then unload at the dump. Very reasonable cost for what they did. Highly recommended and we will use them again!

I highly recommend Lightning Bay Junk Removal. I had about 6 pallets that I was going to use to create a patio, but after some time, I decided this was not a good option. I needed the pallets removed and found Lightning Bay on the Neighborhood app. I was drawn to the fact that I could text the company and they would respond promptly. I sent a text to inquire about the cost to remove the pallets, and I did indeed receive a text promptly! I was sent a picture to verify the type of pallet I was inquiring about, and after my confirmation, I was given a fair quote and that the pallets could be removed the next morning. The pallets were removed within the window I was provided, and I received a before and after picture as well as a picture to verify that the gate had been closed after removal. I also was able to pay remotely as I was at work and I received the invoice via text. This I feel sets this business above all others! My safety was valued and they provided the service that they told me. I loved that they also were able to communicate with me and offered me the flexibility to complete the work while not having to interrupt my workday to be at home. I will utilize them again and have shared this experience with several colleagues. Thank you Lightning Bay Junk Removal for quality work and customer service!

They have just been some of the best people I've ever work with. I have worked as an assistant for many years in the Tampa Bay area and finding long term vendors can be difficult but I am so grateful we were introduced and will only be using them moving forward! They always show up on time, work early and late to get the job done, and always leave the site better than how they left it. They are continuously going above and beyond what's asked of them, I can't recommend them enough. Overall just great people and a great company.

This company did an amazing job! I got a few quotes but decided to use their business since it is family owned. I always prefer to support locals and they did not disappoint! The service was affordable and quick. Both owners are very friendly as well. Adam even made sure all my windows were closed before he left!
