Everyone we dealt with was awesome. Our salesman Johnny was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. The installation crew did an amazing job. We did half the house then was so satisfied we went back 2 weeks later to do the rest of the house. Kitchen was done in vinyl plank and one bathroom . The rest was carpet. Would highly recommend Ronnie's.

Had to get new carpet throughout the whole house after the storm we had with Milton, I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The team was punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They come to your house, bring samples for you to match up with your things in your home. The installation itself was flawless- everything was cut and placed with precision, and the crew made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving. The crew was Matt and Travon was super friendly, very well spoken to let us know what they are doing. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient carpet installation service, I highly recommend them. Great customer service, reasonable pricing, and beautiful results.

The office staff is amazing too. Love calling there and speaking with them they are amazing.

From scheduling the initial appointment with Edward the sales representative and him helping us with what we wanted within our budget, to the office staff… I’m so sorry I’m bad with names, I think Cheryl ? Constantly updating me to accommodate my schedule, to Gerald the installer; polite, respectful and professional getting the job done like it was easy peasy and while a storm was going on BTW!!!, and it’s not or I would have done it myself! Ronnie's Carpets was recommended to me my a co-worker.
From the very first call I was assigned to Travis. Travis has proven to be prompt, attentive and and very reliable. I called to get a quotation and he came by the very day or next day.

We, my sister and I, were given our quote and a nice sampling of ideas in the wood look in tiles that we aleady had. The one issue we had with the entire process was the start date. It was a few months out. But the quote, Travis' attentiveness and patience with us having so many questions and concerns won us over. GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT!!

The outcome was Amazing! We did our family room and 4 bedrooms. The team that was assigned to us did an exceptional job ? ? ?.
The job came in right around the stated time frame, and the team was very professional and punctual.

I would give them a 12 OUT OF 10 on our job.

Stopped in to get carpet. They have carpet in stock or you can order it which takes a couple weeks. We got carpet that was in stock and they laid it within a week. They are very professional and did a great job. They stretch the carpet which is a must. The carpet we tore out had ripples because the prior installer did not stretch it. They even called us after to make sure everything was done correctly and we were satisfied. We have 2 more rooms to carpet and we will be back.

Just the nicest customer service ever! Was looking for flooring (lots more there than just carpet.) I got great advice, they even offered to let me BORROW some laminates to compare color in my rooms -not buy little samples like the big box stores! I did not purchase from them, but wish I could have.
