After a mold remediation was done in my main bedroom I needed a full remodel done. Rodney was great at communicating during the whole process. The work started earlier than planned which worked out really well for me as I had a major surgery planned and needed my main bedroom put back together ASAP. The price and quality of the work was just right and it was great to find a company that does everything instead of multiple contractors. The workers appeared to have many years experience and the work was done quickly and they cleaned up when they were done. Would use again!

Prime Touch Improvements did a great job updating my condo. They removed a half wall, created a closet, and lowered my kitchen countertop, completely modernizing my entryway and kitchen. I had a skylight inset/ceiling repaired that had water damage because the skylight leaked from being damaged in a hailstorm.
The work to be done was explained to me before it was started.
The floor where the workers would be walking was covered. Cabinets & counters were covered with plastic. The surfaces in the area were checked for moisture at the start & after the popcorn finish was removed. Moisture levels were negligible to none, so the drywall did not need replacing. I was invited to see the progress throughout the job. When the work was done, the plastic & paper was rolled up & removed. Any residual paint was wiped off.
The 2 men were thorough, efficient, courteous, & professional.

Prime Touch just finished doing our kitchen. We wanted to update it without having to replace everything and spend a huge amount of money.

The work they did was absolutely excellent. I couldn't be happier, especially because the work was not easy. We had them install a peel and stick counter cover and peel and stick tile.

They provided us an estimate in a timely manner after we sent pictures of our kitchen. And once we accepted their bid, they sent someone over to do the measurements. They purchased all of the materials, and scheduled an appointment as soon as they received it.

The crew they sent was super professional. They took great care to protect other areas of the kitchen and furniture. They did an excellent job and I will be posting pictures once the inside of my home is painted.

We give them 5 stars, and we will be using them again for future projects. Thank you for breathing new life into the most important area of our home.

Raymond tiled our master bathroom shower, renovated all the flooring in our house and did specialty flooring in our foyer. He is very professional, creative and the price was very reasonable!
