We had some painting done and a custom fireplace built with shiplap in our living room, it looks amazing!

Steve and his crew were amazing! They were delayed starting my project by two days due to inclement weather. To make up time he and his crew made an early (2+ hour) drive to the site and worked a long day to get my project done before I headed out of town. Doors and windows operate beautifully.

High prices, low quality work. A local structural engineering firm raised questions regarding PAR’s work on one of our commercial spaces, and Stephen failed to reconcile the issues. We went our separate ways, expecting a credit for work that hadn’t been completed. Instead of a credit, he raised prices on other portions of the invoice to prevent him from having to issue a refund or provide any additional repairs. Will continue to go elsewhere for our construction and remodeling needs.

Edit after PAR's response to this review: The engineering report was completed AFTER PAR's installation of windows. Structural issues were not all existing, as PAR's response to this review dishonestly states.

A few items from the engineer's report:

27. The east windows appeared to have been recently replaced. No flashing was visible around these windows and their connection to the wall was questionable.

29. The framing configuration at the original east windows had been modified with the installation of the new windows. These heads were no longer adequately supported and several bricks had collapsed.

30. The east brick masonry wall originally had wood inserts or blocks along the jambs that were used to attached (nail) the trim to the window openings. Several of these inserts had been removed leaving the jambs compromised.

31...The window opening below the beam had significant load path issues due to the recent modifications that had been completed.

In addition to the already over priced windows, we completed about $10,000 in masonry repairs to this window area to make them right. The issue has finally been resolved with no help from PAR.
