I were so pleased with the results of our kitchen remodel! Operation Renovation helped us go from incredibly dated to sleek and modern in less than two weeks. We talked to multiple contractors, and Kevin was by far the most responsive, helpful and affordable. He took the time to research multiple sources for our gorgeous quartz counter tops to make sure we were getting the best quality and price, and everyone he brought in (plumber, electrician, tile guy) was incredibly professional. I highly recommend Operation Renovation for any home beautification project you've been dreaming of!

I have had the pleasure of working with these guys and had work done by Kevin. He is a true professional amd his crews are as well. I can't say enough about the communication, and quality he has provided on our jobs and I would reccomend them over and over again.... This is why I pay more for his services knowing my projects will be done right the first time and meeting deadlines. Can't say enough about Operation Rennovation!!!!

Mr Souders took advantage of us at every possible opportunity he had. For example I asked If he could have the plumbers hook up the Reverse Osmosis water supply up to the kitchen sink, the fridge and the pot filler, in our small 1070 sq ft remodel/new addition project, he later reported that the plumbers needed an additional $4500 to make our kitchen, “basically an RO SYSTEM”. We thought that seemed a little steep for installation of two brass $10 t-fittings.
He quit showing up about the same time a bunch of our money did too, go figure!

Kevin and the Team at Operation Renovation did an outstanding job! They were timely, communicated extremely well, got the job done on time and were all extremely professional.

My mother in law was having her master bath remodeled with another contractor and she told me how much it was and that the following Wednesday she would not be able to back out. (This was Sunday) I felt like she should get another opinion. I called Kevin and he said he would be able to come out the next day to take a look at it. Unfortunately, my father in law had to got to the hospital the night before and was in the hospital for a few days so they were unable to reschedule prior to that Wednesday. Just the fact that he was so responsive set a pretty good precedent on his work ethic. If any other work is going to be done, I'll make sure we call him first.
