DO NOT HORE THIS COMPANY! They came to level my house ,and damaged the inside of my house and refuse to fix it. They told me that it stated in the contract that they sent me and i "signed" that there could be damage. First of all they NEVER sent me a contract and I NEVER signed anything. Also the man I was talking to said they never do I job without the contract being signed....now I will be hiring a lawyer to sue them. They are extremely unprofessional, they emailed me instead of picking up the phone

I was blown away by the service I received from this company. My mobile home is located in Port Richey, and prior to hurricanes Helene and Milton, I decided to get twelve extra anchors to secure my home because of the flood risks. I had gotten several quotes from local companies and Murray was the most cost effective option, and answered all of my questions with haste & expertise.

Called to have them give me a price to repair the vapor barrier and insulation underneath my air conditioning unit.
Gentleman shows up in shorts and flip flops with zero intention on getting under my house. Turns out he was the salesman for the company. Asked him if someone could please look under my home and tell me how much it would cost to repair the vapor barrier that has caused excess moisture, warped floors and an electrical fire all in the last week. He told me that his workers get paid tremendous amounts of money and like to pick and choose which houses they go under and mine didn't seem like it would be very easy. Meanwhile I have had an hvac, plumber and electrician under there in the last week. He verbally quoted me close to $10,000 to replace the entire vapor barrier with never going underneath my home. Do not recommend!!!

I don’t know what happened. I had them set my Home up, thought they finished paid them alot of money and they didn’t finish the job and I haven’t heard back from them. It’s been about four months. They have abandoned the job. Didn’t even pull a permit for it. Now I’m stuck with more cost of hiring somebody else to finish the job and pull the permit.

I was reccemended this company, by HomeNation where I purchased my new mobile home. They were suppose to install the home for me and their permit tech, pull my permit for me. I paid the permit technician to start the process in July. My home was not set to be delivered until Oct 19th. Their communication sucked as I was the one constantly reaching out for updates and to stay on top of them. Then in the middle of Sept I'm told they can no longer service me due to changes in their company. So now I'm 2 months behind with no permit, having to start over with a new company when my home is supposed to be delivered in less than a month. Which it can't be until I have a permit so I will have to pay out of pocket to have it stored until I can put it on my property.
I started the process almost 4 months in advance for a reason but it was a complete waste of my time, only good thing was they refunded my money for the permit.

After recent flooding I had Murray come out and replace my insulation, vapor barrier, subflooring, and flooring, as well as level my mobile home- Not much that didnt need done haha ? Feels better knowing my house wont grow mold & is safe again.
