I highly recommend Oscar and his crew. The quote process was clear, the prices were very reasonable and the execution was excellent. Oscar answered all my questions throughout the process and kept me informed. I initially quoted to repair one area in my house and I ended up hiring their services for multiple areas. They were prompt, professional and got the job done. They didn’t leave trash everywhere or overtake my yard, street or driveway. Their staff communication was also great. They frequently walked me through the repairs and let me know what to expect. Extremely hardworking team. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Oscar and his team of hard working guys did an awesome job on my home. We needed some work done to our recently purchased home. They came out pretty quick to get started.
We were staying in a hotel while the renovation was underway, I asked if he could do an excellent job in a timely manner, They delivered. Our vapor barrier was replaced, some soft floor areas were fixed, they converted a couple of walls to drywall and placed laminate flooring throughout. Vapor Barrier Pro has an owner who keeps his word and gets the job done. His team of guys stayed late to finish the job. They are fast polite and know their stuff. When I called him to ask questions about the progress on my home he gave me real answers and explained everything. I would recommend his company if you want great work and fair pricing. I will use his services in the future should my home need more work or repairs. Vapor Barrier Pro is my choice for the best mobile home repair service!

After Hurricane Ian flooded the underneath of our mobile home we called Oscar he was recommended by LRE Foundation. He came out the next day. His guys showed up the next day ripped all of the wet ductwork and insulation out. The next day installed all new. The job was above what we expected. Cleaned up not only all the stuff blew under our house but also after themselves. Totally thankful. Everyone else pushed us out weeks for even a quote. Thank you Oscar and your crew.

Oscar was professional, prompt & proud of his reputation. I purchased my mobile home in January without knowing my AC was not functioning due to deteriorated vent lines under my home. The crawl space was non existent & I got turned down by 9 HVAC guys. I found one guy who took a $1k deposit and never did anything. I was searching google for a moisture barrier company and found Oscar. A review mentioned he replaced their vents & what a great job he did. I called left a message & got a quick call back. He smade an appointment and showed up & on time (not the norm for contractors). He quoted a price & scheduled a start date. Day 1, he quickly realized the job was bigger & will required more man power. He called to politely turn down the job & return the deposit in full. I begged him to do the job and explained my situation. I guess he took pity because he got right to work. They had to excavate tunnels to get to the vents. Polite, respectful & hardworking crew of 5 guys showed up every day promptly at 8am. Oscar drove over an hour away to find the vents that were out of stock locally. Last day: entire crew showed up 7:30am zipping up their white hazmat suits and they got right to work. By the end of day…I HAVE COLD AIR COMING OUT OF ALL VENTS! His price was fair for the eminence amount of work they did…Worth every penny! I will brag about his work and recommend him to everyone. I’m finally enjoying my home here in Clearwater…thank you Oscar!

Storm hit our trailer. They came an hour after I called them and they tore out all the insulation underneath the trailer and going to put a new insulation and barrier next week. They are the fastest company I have ever dealt with.

Oscar and his crew did an outstanding job installing our vapor barrier. Very professional and thorough…. Also very careful to remove all trash and reinstall home surround back to original condition. They were pleasant and extremely hard working and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vapor barrier!!!!!

Oscar and his crew did an exceptional job. They found one of my shower pans leaking, I bought the part and Paulo fixed it. Job sight was completely cleaned and looked better than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them, great job. Our home is located in Hacienda Village in New Port Richey.
