Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. They made a mistake on two doors and refused to make it right for us. That is not how you treat the customer. I flip homes and will take my business elsewhere. Not worth the money for the lack of care for the customer. Do better!

I will continue to use Mr. Luis for all my business door needs . Only thing I can complain about is they are always so busy they never answer the phone. So please just go there in person.

Worst customer service ever. Was promised 2 week leadtime and that they would call me when they come in. 2.5 wks no call so I went to check, the doors were not there. Arrived 2 days after. So 3 weeks. Slight delay, no much of a problem. Until I look and they are damaged, to the point where I have to pay a carpenter to fix them. Luis said no worry, I fix them. Come back tomorrow. Then he called he couldn't fix them so ordered replacement. Will be here in one week he said, again. I'll call you. Nine days go by, still no call. I go again. Doors are not there. They gave me $80 off to take the original ones after I fought band pushed back, and now I gotta fix brand new doors. (And they don't look like anybody tried to fix anything!) They took no responsibility for the damage, nor the delay, not even for not calling me. Won't be coming back. Rather pay more and meet client's timelines. Time is money folks!

Seems to be a poppin place for doors. came in one Saturday and said would be in by Monday. So i called Tuesday and couldn’t get thru either the line was busy on each call and when i finally got thru he said would have to call me back. Showing up the following Saturday and was taken care of.

Although they are sometimes hard to get a hold of via phone, they do provide an excellent service. They provide a better quality and customize service for their clientele. I like the old fashion feel of the business, and feel comfortable with Luis and Luis jr. and their expertise in this craft. I recommend them but be patient, as they are very busy!

He seems like a nice guy, but I paid a 50% deposit 12 weeks ago. Was supposed to be a 3-wk lead time. Cannot get anyone to answer a phone call, and every time I show up and ask for an update, he says "next week". Mildly infuriating.
2-stars because Luis is nice, but 1-star for service/communication.

Disorganized!! No calls returned despite promises to do so!!- No one to answer the phone ever!! Unreasonable wait! To deliver merchandise- Outdated on day to day operations. Look somewhere else!! Third world business practice- soon - competition will run them over!! Believe me- multiple chances provided before reaching this conclusion!!

They were recommended by my handyman. I saw the other reviews, but decided to give them a try anyway based on the personal referral of a friend who is a handyman. I went down to pick out my door and put down a deposit. They have a huge selection of doors. In 2 days, they had my door ready to go. Fast and friendly, a nice family business. I think we got an excellent deal on the door as well.
