The workmanship is good and the finished shower looks great. The installers and managers were all friendly and professional the entire time. The only negative is the office person who handles the customer facing issues. She has horrible customer service skills and needs to learn how to correctly handle customer facing interactions....otherwise, I would have given the team 5 stars.

Home Pro took us from a totally unusable shower to the beautiful new result shown below. The workmanship and products used are top notch.

Orders items for delivery and does not tip shoppers and drivers for their service. (Alexander) Takes advantage of delivery services and drivers! Makes the company look bad! Don't have items delivered if you're not going to respect the service.

Had a great experience with Home Pro Bath in Lady Lake. From the General Manager David, to the install crew Jake and Todd, everything was perfect. They took out an old walk-in shower and installed Onyx solid-surface that looks like subway tile, beautiful mosaic tile trim, new counter, sink, plumbing fixtures, glass frameless shower door, toilet, light fixture. They patched a hole in the wall and painted. Trimmed my mirror. Complete transformation. The lowest price from several different companies that I consulted with, but be aware that this kind of job isn't cheap to begin with. Worth every penny. They paid attention to every little detail with caulking and grout, and I am very picky. Personable, professional, and perfectly cleaned each day before they left. Gorgeous results.

We reached out to a couple of companies to replace our elderly parents bathtub with a safer, walk-in shower.     In the end, we choose Home Pro Bath in Lady Lake.    From the time we met with the personable sales person, David, to the time their own installers completed the job, our experience with everyone at Home Pro Bath was outstanding.    Home Pro’s pricing was extremely competitive and their quality of work was top notch.    David stayed close to the project from start to finish to ensure all expectations were met.   Home Pro Bath took excellent care of our parents throughout the entire process while completing the project right on time as promised.     We would highly recommend giving David and his team the opportunity to evaluate anyone else’s bathroom needs.

Had a great experience with Home Pro Bath. Live in the Villages. Wife wanted a soaking style bathtub and shower instead of a solo shower. They were professional clear explained clearly the process and gave a date of installation which was exact. It took a while to schedule but worth it. They left the place clean and completed the project in a timely manner,
