It was a stress free restoration project thanks to Brian, project manager with GCS.

We had a leak from the shower that caused mold to spread through parts of the bathroom, closet and bedroom walls. From our first meeting I knew I had nothing to worry about. Brian kept in constant communication and sent the right crew to handle the job. They were efficient, pleasant, and respectful of our home and schedules.

Should we ever need restoration services in the future, I won’t hesitate to reach out to Brian and GCS.

We are very pleased with the bathroom rehab completed by Greene Construction. This was a VA funded job that took a long time to begin. The VA process is involved. Leon was the contact person for Greene and he stayed in contact with us and stuck with us through months of waiting for VA approval. This job required a complete demo and rebuild of the bathroom to make it ADA compliant. Nash, the project manager, was very involved in the process by calling us or visiting the job every day. He made sure the work was completed timely and smoothly.
The Greene employees took time to install plastic and air filters to minimize the construction dust in the bedroom and remainder of the house. Caleb, Josh, Jason, Adam, and Chris were professional and did good work. Chris especially was very meticulous and made sure we were satisfied with his work.
All the subs were also professional and each did very good work.
Overall, we are very pleased with the job and have already made a referral for another VA job to GCS.

We are so fortunate to have found green construction and to have worked with Kevin and Nash. They were professional and always honest. Kevin started the project off great with getting design and plans going. The absolute best thing was the communication and attention to detail. We were given updates constantly and could get ahold of them anytime if we had questions. Nash was there every step of the way to ensure the project got done on time and was in constant contact with me as the project progressed. We experienced a horrible fire that required our entire home to be redone. GCS was great from beginning to end, a long process dealing with insurance, but GCS went along every step of the way. The best feeling in the world was being able to bring my 91 year old father home and to just live in this beautiful remodel. Forever thankful for the entire GCS team! Fabricio and his team did a outstanding job with my home repairs! A reckless driver smashed into my son's room home and destroyed it....thank God he had just left for school moments prior. Fabricio and his team were professional, very kind, hard working skilled and compassionate. I appreciate everything they have done to help restore my home and our lives! Though the crash caused damages, with GCS blessings still do happen....Thank you for your service! ?

We called GCS to quote repairng termite damage.
Leon arrived and assured us that GCS would be able to make the neccasary repairs. Due to the extent of the damage Leon brought one of GCS's project managers (Brian) to review the job and discuss options.
This meeting was vital to us choosing GCS for this project.
Leon & Brian were able to review everything with us and review all of our options. The other companies we called only provided quotes for repairs and did not take the time to explain the extent of work that needed to be done. Leon made choosing GCS a very comforting decision.

After signing our contract.. We were introduced to our project manger (Nash) that would be in charge of our repairs.

Nash walked us though every step they would be taking to complete the project and assured us that we would be 100% happy with the work performed by GCS.

The project started like a shot from a gun.
There were workers here almost immediatly.
They were all very happy to be here, very polite and professional.

The job site was cleaned up every day when they were done working (Even our neighbors complimented on this).

When Nash handed me his card and said "call anytime we needed".. I thought this would be a situation where I would call and wait days to hear back. What a pleasant surprise that not only did Nash answer when I would call, he would also take care of my request just as fast as he answered the phone.

We had 2 hurricanes while GCS was working on our project.
I was a little worried (although understanding) that we would be placed on the back burner and GCS would leave us for hurricane repairs for other customers.

Yep... I was wrong again..
Not only did Nash check in with us during and after the hurricanes.. But the office staff from GCS were also in contact with us to assure us that we would not be forgotten.
There was very little delay (if any) and work resumed once everyone was able to do so safely.

When Nash said he would make sure we would be happy... He really meant it. He reviewed each part of the project with us and made sure is was done to our liking.

GCS gave us everything they promised and more.

It is such a good feeling to work with a contractor that has integrity. This is a rare trait these days.
