I have had tubs redone in the past. Was happy to find these guys. Only took a few hours for them to do. And the even send after care instructions. Just be sure that you have the house well ventilated.

These folks are incredibly responsive, professional, and the work is exceptional. I'm a remote landlord and one our the showers in our rentals was looking really shabby. The tile had been previously painted and the fiberglass pan just wouldn't get clean anymore. Martha gave me a quote via text on Saturday night and by Monday at 11am the job was done. They cleaned and striped and cleaned the tile, masked all fixtures, trim, and doors before doing the work. They are sent me a professional invoice, insurance details, and receipt once paid (PayPal, Venmo, CC accepted). They event sent a video and photos when the job was done. Highly Recommend.

You may get lucky and they do a great job on the first time around, but if they don't, it will be a pain to get them back out and to get it done right.

First off let me say that the workers who came to do the work were very friendly and professional. They took care to prep the area to avoid damage to floors and things, which I appreciate.

There were some imperfections with the initial work, so we called them out for a fix...the appointment was rescheduled like 3 times before someone finally came out.

When they finally came out again, the worker who showed up spoke zero english. He had google translate out with 'i am here to refinish your tub'. I wouldn't usually mind, but it was very hard to explain what we wanted to get fixed, and he seemed like he wasn't briefed by the company before showing up on what he was there to do. This is a failure on the management side in my opinion.

On the second time around, they fixed the issues we pointed out, but left an even worse one. The bottom of my tub now has a giant phallic looking spot on it.

Unfortunately we are going to just leave it this way because my wife is 7 months pregnant, and we cant deal with another multiple days of fumes.

I think it is just best for us to call another company to fix our tub, and void the 'lifetime warranty' that this company provides.

Fresh look did an amazing job on our old tub. Our tub had multiple layers of terrible refinishings before. Jorge came in and worked diligently on it to remove all the previous layers. And the finished look is so beautiful.. my husband is very handy and considered doing it himself but after seeing Jorge work so hard and so professional, I'm so thankful we trusted fresh look with this project!

Update: The company finally sent out a competent skilled worker to strip, prime, repaint the tile. Antonio is the man!!! He did a great job, knows his trade, and is by far the best worker on their team. The work is completed and looks good.

They messed up the initial painting of the tile. The paint started peeled off within the first week.
Getting them to honor their lifetime warranty has been a fight going on for weeks. Waste of time and energy dealing with these people.
