Hi! Iam not sure how Jose got these ratings, because he’s a fraud. I should have looked him up prior to hiring him. And after reading some of his reviews, he scammed me and the company the same way that he scammed other customers. I have been honest with him through the entire time we worked and paid him along the way, actually overpaid him and he’s not even halfway done.I’m not sure how he got away with getting paid so much. When the project is on a miserable slow gear. He will start really pleasant then turn the project to a nightmare of a job. He will propose all these outstanding jobs that he is capable of doing, make you excited that we have the right Contracter and end result will be a disaster. Thank god I did not put my trust in him for other jobs. He will be prompt in the beginning and bring his crew for work within the first week or two and then disappear and make an excuse for a complete silence. Like shut down. After texting him and calling him numerous times, he may respond if he feels like it. If you are lucky, Then he will return and bring 1 or 2 people at most if he feels like it and move 1 mile per hour. And if you question him, he will say no worries I got this and it will be don’t end of week. And he will continue to play this game of last week until he will shut down and disappear on you for good. Beware to not hire him. He will swear fear of god to you. And say he’s not a theif. He’s a nightmare to work with and before you know it he will disappear from the job. And So I don’t even know how to begin to describe the unprofessionalism of this company owned by Jose. But please do your self or the company a favor, don’t hire him. He’s a fraud

This company is a total disaster, we called Jose the owner to come and give us an estimate to make a closet and open a door and to also put up the high-hats and make the ceiling flat. He told us do not worry everything is going to come out beautiful. When we went to check how the job was done it was horrible the closet was a complete disaster the high hats were loose. And on top of everything looking bad there were pieces of plaster everywhere in the house and he didn't clean up after himself he left everything a mess. DO NOT TRUST HIM. He overpriced us and didn't even provide the services he said he would. HORRIBLE. If he was a professional i shouldn't have to tell him everything he did bad. He should already know how things should be done. LIKE I MENTIONED OVER PRICED AND NOT RELIABLE.

Finding a handyman is always something to be very careful with, I am very happy to say that I found mine. Exclusive and Jose were not only available at any hour but also very polite and respectful. They do a great job and commit to making sure the job gets done properly. If you are looking for a handyman in South Florida, these are your guys!

Obviously they have been scamming people for a long time. We did not do due diligence so Jose scammed us out $45,000. We will report them for working without permit with city of Miami and the state of Florida.Also we will contact our lawyer to bring this company to the court.

Left the job half way and never been returned. Please never use this company if you want to lost your money. Read all the reviews on Yelp so you will see how bad this company is. Many people posted their reviews on Yelp to tell everyone about the stories how he stole the money and walked away. Please read and Report this guy. I am adding my renovations quote from this company so you will see. None of the job is done but already took $45,000 and left !!!

I called to try to get an estimate and I was told they would stop by early in the morning. I texted in the morning to confirm and they confirmed. It is now 3 hours later and no signs or information.
I know this is common in Miami, but as a business owner, I think it is important to follow up, confirm or cancel with time. Not too professional.

Jose did an amazing job on our new home expanding a narrow entryway between the kitchen and living room and creating us a new Pantry. He is trustworthy, quick, and a very hard worker! We had some setback with our project due to unexpected concrete wall, but Jose and his team worked extra hours to deliver the work by the time promised (2 days!!! Not bad). So please with his work we have already requested a quote for another project.

I needed my apartment to be repainted to so i called this handyman service I found from google. Within 2 rings, they picked up the phone and answered quite professionally. Jose was prompt, fast and accurate and he definitely knew what he was doing. So I schedule him to come in the next day. He was on time to a "T" . He was so friendly I even bought them lunch while they were doing house work. There were two guys and both was very focused on their job. The job took a few hours and the end result was flawless. Jose did a really good job and I would definitely use them again. Thanks Jose! We'll be doing business in the future again.

Jose is unbelievably good at what he does. We had him do small and large jobs for our new house and he put extra time and precision into each job to make sure it was done correctly. He was also very reasonable in what he charged and even did a couple small things without charging us. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs things done with their house. We are going to continue to use him going forward whenever we need anything done.
