I saw an ad on social media for this company. I called to inquire if they could help me since I do not have a mobile home, but my house is on piers and beams. On top of that an old cedar tree had roots that grew underneath and lifted the house. Nobody else was willing to take on the job, but them. I believe they bit off more than they could chew which has turned into a customer service fiasco.
First day crew came and did not know how to work their equipment. I had a 3 man crew. 1 watched while holding his hammer, 1 was just smoking, and one was trying to get the chainsaw to work.
By the end of the day all that got accomplished was some, not a lot, of the tree stump was cut out. I tired calling the salesman and the owner's, bit nobody would answer or call me back. Finally around 8pm, one of the owners calls me to say sorry and that he was sending me a bigger crew the next day so that the job could get done.
Day 2, 2 man crew arrives. First hour they had to go buy a new chainsaw because the one they brought was broken. When they finally got back they did work hard the remainder of the day. Unfortunately the job was not able to be completed, so I had to take a day off from work to be here for a third day.
Will, who is one of the owners came to the job site and apologized. He offered to take $500 off the job and I asked him if he could just mount my entry door to the very front of the house where there was just a screen door. Way less expensive to do I thought. He was happy to agree to it.
On day 3 I got a 4 man crew. At the end of the day, I had a door that had a huge gap and I had to use tape to seal it because they mis measures and realized they needed to get me a new door. So they said they would be back the next day. Also, my living room went from being unlevel from side to side to being unleveled from front to back.
Will tries to convince me to spend an additional 2k to install metal beams across going ro the mid point of the house, which I said I didn't have money for, but he said he would work with me. I told him I had to think about that part.
The next day came and went with no crew to replace the front door or finish leveling the living room.
I called the office and left a message letting them know I was going to dispute the charge on my card for the second half, since they charges me up front for full amount even though the contract started only half was due upon signing, since Will was not responding to my calls or text messages. His office manager Megan, told me that it happens all the time because he gets caught up with other jobs so it eqs vest to go through her.
She had no clue that the work was not competed or that they were supposed to be coming back and set up for them to come back. I assumed that they would finish the door and leveling, but they said they cannot finish the leveling because of some beams that were there that would not support it. I told then that I'm sorry that their sales guy did not price out the job correctly, but I had asked them multiple times before starting and made them aware that if I could not have my living room leveled there was no point in doing the job.so I would not agree to work being completed. I am currently disputing the half that should not have been taken in the first place. And now they want me to pay cash or cashiers check to finish the job.
So long story short, I could not recommend this service. Be sure to get a more descriptive scope of work and don't let them take all of their money up front.

Had a mobile home leveled and additional pilings installed. The end result was a level and secure mobile home. Workmanship was poor at best. Pilings were installed inside and outside the edge of the mobile home so the skirting after the job was complete looks like a snake on the run. Some skirting wasn't put under the trim so it looks pretty bad...see photos

I couldn't be happier ☺️ They arrived right on time & completed the work efficiently. Manny & Mat were the BEST!! They totally went the extra mile to secure my RV, which I live in. They were polite, asked me if I had questions & promptly informed me. I can't leave out Rob, the sales manager. He was amazing. He arrived right on time & kept me informed. This whole process was top notch from the beginning to the end. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Budget-friendly, punctual, and quality! Every employee I have dealt with from the person giving me a quote to the workers Manny and Matthew. They did an amazing job on my mobile home leveling and foundation repair. They were on time (in fact earlier than the schedule time!), it was pretty fast (9-5pm) but still quality work. The quote I got from them was almost $2000 less than other company who were offering the same services!

Thank you so much for your quality service, I’ll definitely be using them again for my other mobile home needs. 10/10.

Used these guys in 2022, we are located in Arcadia. It’s a hike for them I’m sure. But after Milton I needed leveling again and quite a bit. My review on Facebook is:

We had the house re-leveled and added more piers along the middle and exterior points around the house. The crew Central Florida Mobile Home Leveling And Anchoring, from Mike who came out and inspected and gave out quote, to Josh (Cowboy), E, and Ricky and even the receptionist (can’t remember her name ?) were beyond professional and compassionate. It seems there’s too many companies out there that do not back their work or products but these guys do. I cannot recommend them enough and I want to extend my sincere appreciation the the whole team! Thank you!

Thank you guys again!!! With my whole heart!

While doing some repairs on my manufacture home I notice some hurricane straps and piers were loose. I called CFL Mobile home and Anchoring for an estimate of releveling and fixing the piers and straps. I agreed to the estimate and a date was set to do the work. Sebastian, Yoandy and Jaime showed up on time and did the job. My house was releveled and the problem piers and straps fixed. They were hard working and professional. They also checked my doors and windows for adjustment. Some of my doors did need readjustment. Which they did. While a little on the more expensive end, the job was well done. I recommend this company.

I called to get our manufactured home releveled.I was given a date they never showed and didn't call. I called the office was told it was a mistake on their part so they dropped the price by 200 dollars and assured me they would be here on Sunday 10 am. But again no show no call. I called the office no answer just a recording. After receiving a call from the owner they came out and did the job
The crew was amazing they worked until 12.30 am
