Can't say enough good things about this company! After having a nightmare of a time with another setup company, top notch came in and saved the day big time. Sean came out to give me a skirting estimate, and in the process found multiple issues with the prior contractors work, including braces and anchors that were never installed! The owner Ian talked with me on the phone extensively about my various options and the best course of action. They were able to schedule the work for the same week! And the crew that came out, Tim, Lawrence, and Mykey, did a fantastic job. Extremely professional and hard working guys. This is 100% my go to company from here on our!

Sean is amazing! They have had a difficult time with not knowing what my county requires and well there have been some hiccups for sure..Ian is making good on it. Unfortunately during my situation wr have failed 2 inspections but to be fair they have had at least 2 personnel situations during this time and Pasco County had taken a very long time in the beginning for the permit dept..so this has drug on and on but I do feel anyone servicing a county for services that literally can go over 30k should know what they're facing regulation wise..there is a new team member Trina in the office who is training but is doing amazing for just coming aboard! I wish to say that even though there's been some difficultties..Sean has taken the time to explain and help me through the steps that he did not have to do for sure! All mistakes have been taken care of and I do recommend this company because they have taken care of mistakes and not dragged it out and Ian personally was out here for 2 days helping ad well to ensure it was done correctly..businesses when going through team member changes face extra difficulties and I understand that for aure!

Top Notch Mobile Home Services is better than outstanding on every aspect that a person bases a company. Ian Ortega is an owner operated company that is based in northern central Florida. When he was hired, I had no idea that a company so far from Ft Lauderdale could do such an outstanding job. He was a pleasure to talk to, but the most important aspect is that he can do the job. Hayman Engineering inspected my mobile and I did not pass. There were a number of things that did not pass inspection because of age. He sent the report to Mr. ORTEGA, and he sent a crew to bring me up to code. He not only repaired my mobile, but also did the repairs in a timely manner, but also got my repairs approved by the next day. A lot of companies promise one thing, but cannot deliver. I'm grateful to Mr. Ortega for the work he and his crew accomplished in such a timely manner. However, not only was his company prompt, but also he was less than half the price of the other estimate I received for the very same job. In this day and age, it is a rarity to find a company that delivers on what he says. Thank you ever so much Mr. Ortega to you and your team for getting me through this very trying time without any difficulties. A+

This company did an amazing job. We had water damage in the master bedroom. They were able to come in one day and fix everything. And leak into the wall. We were grateful that there was no black mold. They did such a great job. You can’t even tell that there was ever a problem. It looks brand new..

Top Notch delivered! Stephen was here early this morning and explained everything that he would be doing. He was amazing. Working in this Florida heat doing the work of at least two guys. The work was done in a professional manner, did the vapor barrier, insulation and fixed the air ducts, cleaning up everything before he left. He’s a great representative for this company.

We had a job anchoring down a mobile home that other people said was impossible. Ian and his crew persevered fought through rough conditions but the extra time and they needed to and did a spectacular job helping us to get our property passed so we could sell our house he is one of the most professional people I’ve ever dealt with in my life and also one of the nicest, I would recommend him to all my friends and all my family without a second thought.
