Experiencing the trees, beach and swimming area here along Little Lake Weir is a return to simpler times amidst the splendor of nature. The spacious park area is well maintained and has plenty of shade from large mature oak trees, picnic tables, a playground, and even a volleyball field. There are even hiking trails that total 4 miles in length. The beach and lake water is inviting and very clean. Even on a hot August day, the shade, lake breeze, and cool water made for a very relaxing and pleasant experience. Here is the real Florida!

A great place to ride a boat, jetski, take your kids to the park, have a barbecue, or go to the little beach they have. It has a beautiful sight and the atmosphere is great fot fanily time. You can also have a birthday or any other celebration there. Very quiet and beautiful place.

We visited in early June and loved the park, The facilities were taken care of. There were plenty of picnic tables, a swimming area, playground and boat launches. We walked some of the trails, easy walking, well marked and tended. We had a great day!

Put my boat in at the dock, one awesome dock, and a great day out on the lake, stopped at Eatons for lunch , best food ever with a shrimp seafood pasta, and a long Island iced tea. Back on the water with a good buzz and a excellent day. Oh ya it was my birthday.

This is a nice place to bring your kids to wade nearby in the water. There are picnic tables, grilling options and pavilions for groups, parties, reunions, etc. I don't know if there is a charge to reserve a pavilion, but there IS a $7/day charge to enter the park.

Fun family place!! There's algae in some places that they warm you about but most of the place looks great! Playground, feels with tables and pavilions and there just benches. Hiking trails and all boating activities! And that's at just one beach and there are several!! Pay by the car not person. Honor system, be nice and pay.

Went on a cool November morning, so there wasn't much traffic to speak of. Very nice ramp. Not too steep. I think there were five staging areas for the ramps.
