We I bought our first home recently. It is a “fixer upper” that needs mostly cosmetic work. Our budget was tight, and we did a lot of the work ourselves, but at the urging of my parents who had their flooring done in my childhood home recently by Better Quality Carpets, we stopped in just to see if we could squeeze some professional flooring into our budget! Thankfully we did! We found amazing deals on flooring, and not the low quality flooring you would expect to find at such savings! Once we picked out our flooring and the install date
was set, we did not have to lift another finger. I think that may have been one of the best parts for us! Everything was taken care of. The new floors are simply amazing and really brought our little fixer upper from fixer upper to fabulous! Two thumbs up!

My sister and my mom both had Better Quality Carpets install carpets at their houses so I called them to put new carpet in my mobile home. They gave me an estimate the next day and installed the following day. The new carpet looks perfect. They have a low price guarantee and a lifetime labor warranty too. Very good family company.

I have never before written a review, testimonial or anything of the sorts, but Better Quality Carpets did such a great job on my flooring that I had to give them a huge thumbs up! I wanted tile for the bathroom and kitchen and something a little different for the living room and dining room. I was blown away by the options, and then I was blown away by the finished results. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and really took the time to provide me with detailed information about the different flooring types I was considering and how each would hold up to traffic and wear over the years. I learned a lot about flooring and the entire process. I am honestly surprised at the type of customer service I found at Better Quality Carpets! I am used to dealing with less than stellar customer service, but their team seemed to care about me!

I would not recommend this company. At first I thought that they were a great company and I really liked the carpet that I chose. When they got here they had the wrong padding and it took them 2 hours to bring back the right one. Then on the same day they didn't have enough carpet to finish the job and it it took almost another week to get the job finished. Now I have called them about wrinkles I have and they don't return phone calls (7 of them). I was told that someone would be here today to take care of it and no one has shown up and no one has called. I love the carpet but their service is definitely not worth it.

This company does great work!! They had great pricing and very good quality carpets and flooring. They are reliable and honest and the quality of their work is the best!! Would highly recommend Better Quality Carpets!! There name says it all !!

The owner and salesman, Cliff couldn't care less if there are any issues with installation. I had 2 MAJOR issues with installation. This simple job took 3 days to complete. I contacted Cliff after my first issue and he was nothing but rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I didn't even bother to contact him when the installers broke a pipe and water flooded my basement. The installers made the whole ordeal right so I don't hold anything against them personally. I do believe an owner who gives a care about their company would give a courtesy call just to check in. A simple gesture would have went a LONG way in that situation. I love to support and refer small, local businesses but I simply cannot say this about Better Quality Carpets. Steer clear!!

Poor craftsmanship, timeliness, and service. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience. I will say Cliff offered to do a room free of charge because the job went so wrong but we instead asked for half our money back which he agreed to.

**I did write this review a day after receiving our refund because it took 2 weeks to receive it and I wanted to ensure we received our money before giving an honest review.

We were not told the person who would be doing our floors did it as a "side job" and maybe that would have changed our minds to avoid all of this.

It's unfortunate that Cliff's employee caused his company to lose money (this is not our fault) and we do appreciate the partial refund as we are left with errors from the job.
