We got 3 estimates for our new kitchen project with 3D Building & Remodeling being the 3rd. My wife and I chose Phil and 3D over the other two companies largely because we liked the idea of the owner spearheading the project.

Phil has a great deal of experience and helped us throughout the process. We appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. The project took longer than initially forecast but these things typically do. And in the end it was worth it. Our new kitchen is beautiful! We highly recommend Phil and 3D Building & Remodeling to anyone considering a home improvement project.

Philip went way above and beyond for our kitchen renovation. Motivated by the fact that our original cabinets fell off the wall a week after we moved in, Philip was more than on top of figuring out a workable design for our small kitchen. We always wanted waterfalls on our island and he made it happen! The quality of work was excellent, and his subs for drywall and tile were some of the nicest (and fastest) I've ever met. When you work with Philip and 3D building, you get the whole package. Plus he's got great stories that make you miss him when he leaves!

We will most definitely be throwing more future projects his way!

Phil and Stacy took wonderful care of us during our renovations! They are certainly experts in their field and we have the remodel to prove it! From being punctual and attentive to helping bring our dream kitchen to life! Phil always made sure the work site was clean at the end of every day, to be thoughtful of my asthma and new pregnancy. Phil also made sure that we had a functional area to still be able to cook in and get meals ready! Stacy helped make sure that with the new design we’d be able to see our little one from anywhere while we’re in the kitchen and this has given us such peace of mind being able to have that ability with her design she created specially for us! I would recommend them over and over again!

I’m a single older women who had in envisioned a new kitchen and bath for many years. After Phillip and team had completed my neighbors kitchen Reno I decided to pursue what I knew would bring me joy. I reviewed other quotes but decided on 3-D Remodeling because of Phil’s competitive cost, his personality, and also the time he took to suggest ideas. His wife was willing to assist and she also took the time to help me put it all together. I was quite nervous to tell the truth since I had never had any interior work done on my home. His team eased my worries when I received pictures of the demo with a picture of my old pink bathtub in the back of a truck with one of the demo guys in the tub! I must say that Phil had to talk me down from the ledge a few times but he knew how handle that also. My finished kitchen and bath is better than I had envisioned all those years. Phil came in on budget even with a few unforeseen hurdles. The entire team was always professional and everyone from electrician, carpenters and plumbers did excellent work. We have worked with 3D Building and Remodeling for three projects – our master bath remodel, “man cave” cabinetry and most recently a kitchen and spare bathroom remodel. Our kitchen remodel was ambitious - we wanted to completely reconfigure our kitchen to make it more functional and modern, and Phil’s ideas far exceeded our expectations! He worked with us from start to finish to design the cabinetry for both the kitchen and bathroom and suggested finishes that flowed with our house, creating a cohesive look.
