Super happy with this company. Had my double wide leveled and the roof lag bolts replaced. These guys worked fast and efficient. Very careful to be sure the work they were doing was thorough. Thanks a lot for bringing my roofline and walls back together as well as leaving my homesite clean. You guys are great.

The skirting crew ROBBIE AND DAVID did everything I needed for my house skirting install.
they made adjustments and fitting to satisfy my picky needs!!!
They did a extremely well job, tight fit, level and squared paneling
I'm very impressed with there work and work ethics they are a pro team to have.

The man that looks at your mobile home and gives you an estimate came out and we discussed what I needed done.
I walked with him to the front end and showed him the tongue on trailer was sitting on sewer pipe. He understood that I needed it raised up. And I didn't like my air conditioner ducts so close to the ground.
He agreed. Said the wire that stabilize the trailer is starting to cut into sewer pipe. Does need to be raised.
I wasn't home when crew arrived but my sister in law was there. She paid them for me. Said crew didn't work half an hour.
All they did was replace a few broken pieces and leveled it. DID NOT RAISE IT.
The level job was great.
The raised part didn't exist.
When inspector came out I don't know what his report said.
They sent a crew back out.
Lifted tongue maybe half an inch off sewer pipe. Then door wouldn't open and close.
I told them not to come back until they sent a crew to do the job I originally paid for.
When showed up today. It was to fix door.
When I asked about raising the trailer, said would cost more.
I said No!!!!
Just fix door and give me my money back.
I have a single wide and my sister in law has a double wide. They charged me the same.
When I called and asked why the lady in the office told me it was because of mine being raised so high. [WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN]
I am a seventy year old woman and am sick of being taken advantage of.

This was the first time I had my home leveled. I called top notch and Jeremy came out and gave me a quote and I paid what he quoted. Jake and his team showed up early due to a cancellation and Jake was very nice, very professional. His team did a great job leveling my home as the issues I was having before the leveling are gone. Jake made sure everything was fixed before he left. Jake needs to be recognized as in today’s world it is hard to find or keep good employees and Jake is a good, professional employee. His team did great work as i am extremely happy with the work done and will recommend top notch to anyone needing leveling or if I do need it again I will be calling top notch. Jake also offered to fix something but it is something I can do but just the fact he offered is rare today. Great company, great employees. Thank you for the wonderful job done ! Trevena was wonderful as well as she kept in contact and always answered a text message swiftly. Another good employee who should be recognized.

Jake and his crew were professional, courteous, respectful, and extremely efficient. It was amazing to watch them as they quickly took care of leveling our trailer. I definitely recommend Top Noch. The office lady is super nice to!

I very rarely ever leave reviews. But I wanted to say that this company went above and beyond. They were on time, courteous, and communicated very well throughout the whole process. They did an excellent job with re-leveling my double wide. It is 16 years old and it was lower in the back. Then it was the front. I began to notice a difference the minute they got it completed. I didn't realize how bad it was until they releveled it and everything seems to be much more stable. I was getting some separation toward my back door and after they releveled everything seemed to come together nicely. Again, I have no complaints with this company. I plan on trying to have them back out to do some more work another areas. Thank to Trevor and his team for a great experience with my re-level.

Trevena was very proffesional, knowledgeable and courteous. All 3 men went to work immediately and quickly. We were surprised they finished so fast. When we examined the cracks, inside and outside, we were surprised how well they came together, like new. Even our front door opens, closes and locks all work again. Trevena went over the job and quarante at the end of the job. Ery helpful. Thanks for a great job. Very satisfied that Fancis, an inspector with Top Notch, came and viewed all the work of releveling. And talked with us with house conditions and informed us that inspection was good. Again, Top Notch is proffesional and very pleasurable to deal with. We recommended them to our insurance man to recommend during his job. Very pleased with Top Notch.
