Gus and his team are A-1! I’d give them a 10/10 if I could! From the beginning, Gus responded to my inquiry within 30 mins of submitting, enclosed a hole in the ceiling with mold with temporary tarp, provided a detailed invoice and talked us through all details. The scope of work never exceeded the budget and his team worked long hours and weekends (which we loved!) to get the job done quickly for us. We trusted them so much we even let them come and go as they wanted. They were initially hired to gut and renovate the second bath. We were so happy with them we decided to have them do the same to the master bath right after. When we’re ready to redo the kitchen, they’ll be our only call. The final products are beautiful. Thank you Gus and to your team!!

The Phoenix Restoration recently finished the remodel of my house. They did from demo all the way to finishes including , plumbing and electricity. The communication is great very profesional any time you call they will answer even to give you some professional advice related or not to the project. I strongly recommend Gustavo and his crew. I cannot say enough about The Phoenix Restoration of West Palm Beach. They repaired our bathroom ceiling after roof leakage and remediated all mold in both bathrooms. That, by itself, was peace of mind. But then we needed restoration and remodeling of both bathrooms. The team worked HARD to get everything done, and done meticulously, on time for Thanksgiving. They stayed in constant communication with us and their eye for details left nothing to chance. The crew worked late AND on weekends to get the projects done in time for Thanksgiving and always cleaned everything up before they left. Nothing in the rest of the house ever got dusty or disturbed. Both our bathrooms are so beautiful now! Thank you Gus, and the crew of Phoenix Restoration of West Palm Beach!

The front room of my FIL’s house was flooding because of the heavy rains in Florida. We found The Phoenix Restoration on a Google search & are sooo happy we did!! Gus responded immediately. Sent crews to the house. Fixed the hole in the roof, replaced the sheetrock in the room, replaced the floor, painted…Completed the work in less than a week!! Honest & friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
