Just had Jpro Services complete a bunch of work that needed to be done on my new trailer. They leveled the home, installed all new skirting and replaced the vapor barrier. The entire experience was painless. Not once did I have to leave a message. All calls were answered by a human. Jordan and Jose were the 2 gentlemen that showed up. They were very upfront about how the process would unfold. Very respectful too. As an old construction contractor, this is rarely the case. The work was done when they said it would be and my lot was cleaner when they left than it was before they started. Really good guys for staying in communication too. These guys know what they are doing and I would not hesitate to call them again.

I was in such hard times due to a disaster basically devastating the home I've inherited from my grandfather. On top of going through a divorce. I was an emotional wreck. I was easily irritable at minor things, I wasn't exactly the best client, however they were very patient with me and soothed my angst while doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend this service for anyone who wants a business with a human face on it!

I had J Pro company relevel my home about two years ago and they never could get it right. They tried twice. They swore they had it leveled. I finally spent the money again with a other company and they were able to fix everything within a few hours. Wasted all the money with J Pro. I wouldn't suggest this company. Think they'll refund me? Haha.
