Kris and James are extremely professional and also employee friendly and professional workers. I had my master bathroom demolished and rebuilt. Prior to starting the project, I mainly worked with Kris (Vice President) who was very response (even after hours) and understood my budget. I had an idea of what I wanted and Kris provided several options for me to choose from. Kris was quick at scheduling each step of the project and ordering the supplies. Once the project began, I started working with James (President) and Kris together. James was just as much professional and understanding of the project needs. They both showed up every day to check on the status of the project and were flexible with my schedule. The people they brought in to handle the demolition, plumbing, tiling, glass installation, and cleaning were all wonderful. I felt very comfortable allowing them work freely without being monitored. Throughout the project, I had one or two small change requests and they were very accommodating and made the changes without hesitation. In the end, the price I was originally quoted was the price I paid when all was done. Mobile Villa Properties is a wonderful contracting company which I strongly recommend. I had them out to do an estimate on a bathroom remodel and was told Kris would get back to me on Thursday. I called Kris 2 Fridays later. She gave me an apology about running behind and waiting on some estimates to come in and she stated she would get back to me at the beginning of the following week. I called and left her a message on the following Friday. No response. I called her again on Tuesday and was told that she couldn't do an estimate because there were too many unknowns. If this was the case, why couldn't she have told me this on the Thursday that was promised? WASTE OF MY TIME!
