ACR remodeled our master bath and installed LVP throughout our bath/bedroom. They were great from the beginning to end of the process. Answered all our questions and made recommendations. We had a couple communication hiccups, but they got resolved asap. Took us a while to get everything situated as we were picking things out ourselves, but as soon as we started the whole process went fairly quickly. We didn’t have any long gaps between phases which was great. I would definitely recommend ACR if you are looking to remodel.

I wish I could give ACR 10 stars. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing to work with! I started off getting multiple quotes from contractors. ACR was by far the most professional and helpful in the quoting process. James even helped me navigate our insurance situation since we had a leak. He spoke with the agent to try to help us get as fair of a reimbursement as possible. After talking to multiple companies, we knew we made the right decision to hire ACR. Scheduling was a breeze and every person who came to work on our remodel was on time and communicated effectively with us on the process. The job was finished quickly and turned out exactly how we pictured. I'm very picky with details and the tile work is flawless. We had an issue with a defective faucet shortly after install and they came out immediately to diagnose the issue and offer suggestions for what to do to fix it even though they had no part in the default. We also had an issue that I ordered a bathtub faucet that didn't align with the existing attachments they needed to go on... again at no fault of theirs, but their plumber researched what to do and what I needed to get in order to properly install the faucet and not need to remove the whole tub. The pricing was upfront and no change orders were needed at all to get the job done. A lot of companies will quote you low and consistently change the quotes for every little thing until it ends up being a lot more than what you were expecting. Not with ACR! Their quote was spot on form the beginning. I believe we actually payed LESS than the original quote which was a plus! Thank you ACR! Our bathroom is exactly what I had hoped for and I am absolutely loving it!!!

I had about 7-8 bids for a shower upgrade and I’m happy to say our decision for Advanced Custom Renovations was the right call. Super honest/fair quotes, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and I am so impressed with their service that I want you guys to know!!

Our shower was a DIY nightmare and I was so embarrassed to have folks come in and judge the obvious hack job (I am not a pro folks ?). ACR came in, heard my concerns and did not make me feel embarrassed at all. I literally didn’t even have to talk about it ever again. Quote was more than fair, they followed the design and look that I wanted, and the execution was PERFECT. The team was SO kind and respectful of our home and property, they set up and cleaned up accordingly and the guys were very professional and friendly. Now I feel like I’ve gotten the shower upgrade that I wanted and I can upgrade the rest of my bathroom to match !!

After living in my home for 10 years, the thought of new flooring throughout my entire house was stressful. I had a few different flooring companies come out and give me a quote for my project and James Underwood made me feel the most comfortable. James was on time, helpful in answering all my questions, and I received a quote for my new flooring project quickly. The dustless tile removal was great! They were professional, friendly, and fast. They did a great job.  The flooring installers were friendly and moved my furniture with care. Keith the Project Manager was amazing! We bit the bullet after living in our home for over twenty years. We hired Advanced Custom Renovations to remodel our two builder-grade bathrooms. James came out to give us a realistic estimate, answer questions, and make suggestions. Great group of guys to work with. They took a failed attempt at somebody building a shower, and they came and cleaned up the last guy's mess, quality work great group of guys. They're response time was impressive. I can't say enough about these guys, I look forward to having them come and finish the rest of the bathroom and next bathroom..
