The work and professionalism of Jeromy and the wonderful young men was outstanding. I compared quotes and That 1 Painter's detailed quote included high quality paint as well as a 3 year warranty surpassed others. When I asked about making a slight change in the paint tint to be a little darker, Marco (one of the painters) consulted with Jeromy immediately and the paint store, and it was done the next day. The colors turned out even better than I expected, and I love my house again. I could not have asked for a better company and employees to work with and highly recommend them.

The crew had little direction or supervision. No response from owner to issues on the job. I never saw Jeremy after the painters arrived & began . Some of the work was disputed.
The crew was willing to accommodate and willing to try. I feel the scope of the work was beyond their skill level with the finish on exterior doors.
Insist on a walk through with all parties before work begins.
Dont rely on verbal agreement or promise.
Detail everything in the work order.

The paint on the walls and ceilings looks great! Paint spots on the floors, not so much. It comes up with some elbow grease, but shouldn’t be there in the first place. Not happy at all with the scratches on my floors, and there are more.

My experience with That 1 Painter was exceptional. Steve, the painter assigned to my job to replace rotten wood, sand, prime and paint 15 windows. He did it so much better than I ever thought possible. Steve was very knowledgeable, conscientious, careful. He spoke perfect English, personable, and had a great work ethic in completing the job. I was completely pleased. I would recommend that 1 Painter Shreveport-Bossier for your painting renovation needs! They are professional with great work ethic. Mishaps happened but they were able to fix it in no time with no hesitation. Did a great job to Limewash the fireplace and painted the beams neatly. 10/10 recommend!

The customer service is great. I contacted other contractors as well when I was getting quotes and it was a pain to even get someone to call me back. Never had an issue with this one. They did a great job on my house I’d hire them again
