UPDATE: Just got done using LDB for a second time, and it's so nice knowing that I found a company I can trust with projects like this. Our house is only 10 years old, but apparently had a poorly constructed back porch(+ rails/stairs) that had taken on a lot of water damage. Reneau does a really great job of defining the work that'll be done while also explaining the unknowns that could affect the workflow/price. He and his crews are so respectful and detail-oriented. What you really want in a contractor is someone that communicates clearly & consistently, does good work in a timely & efficient manner, and genuinely cares about how the finished product looks. Highly recommend Londot Design Build! We had a very unexpected and extensive termite surprise throughout the lower level of our home. Reneau and his team were incredibly responsive in putting together a plan to demo our house even with very little knowledge of the extent of the problem. Throughout the project, they were extremely flexible and displayed their expertise in home repair throughout quite a few surprise issues. With any construction project, there were hiccups, weather delays, etc - but Reneau was always quick to respond to questions, issues and scheduling concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
