This company was easy to work with. The salesman, Alex Grossman was polite and very knowledgeable about the company. He gave me an approximate time frame, and it was kept. The young man that came to install it, Manual could not have been nicer and more respectful of me and my home. He came prepared with drop cloths, etc. There was a little dust but nothing like I had anticipated. He took the time to show me everything, answered my questions about what to use for cleaning and just had the best personality! It took him 1.5 days to do this AND he saved my tub and surround so I can put it in my daughter's bathroom! I am a very happy customer!

Manas Balagna was our initial contact and he explained everything very well. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything. We were able see the colors and materials in person...just in a book. Natalie kept us in the loop on the process every step of the way. Christian (the installer) did very good work and was willing to answer any questions we had. He explained the process and how our new shower works. The shower works very well! Since I am a disabled veteran, going from a tub to a walk-in shower has made taking a shower much easier and enjoyable! The quality of the materials and work is very high quality and commercial grade. I would not hesitate to recommend Zintex to anyone that needs their bathroom remodeled!

Great experience with this company! Extremely professional, communicative, and thorough. Richard Meeks was our consultant and provided a wealth of knowledge about the company, products, and services they offer. I loved the special financing options and the quickness of the install. We opted for an expedited install, from date of purchase they had us scheduled and installed in a week. Our installer, Christian Buchanan, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was professional, detail-oriented, and communicated each step of the process clearly. Highly recommend their services and products!

After deciding to convert one of our bathtubs to a roll in shower, i started getting quotes for the job. After the first three i started to realize most of the parts and options were cookie cutter steps, all the same from the companies until Zintex appointment came up. Richard was very helpful taking the time to answer my questions and explain to me the types of materials and components for my specific job would consist of, then came on of the best features of the quote, when he brought in a chunk of material that would be used for the low profile shower base, i was sold the moment i seen it, all the other companies were offering the same ABS foam filled shower pan, Zintex with this solid one piece very impressive slab of material was the best of them all without a doubt. After a couple days of thinking and planning my wife and i decided to proceed with Zintex, they kept me informed of everything through the app i downloaded to monitor the progress. Everything went as planned and right on schedule the job started and was finished in two days. Im so very happy with the entire experience, when the time comes that i want to upgrade our main bathroom i already know who will be my first call for a quote. My wife and i are both disabled and use a shower hair for taking showers, the low profile shower base is without a doubt the best option for a good solid foundation for rolling in and out of with a shower chair. And with the lifetime warranty its icing on the cake. Thank you Zintex and to everyone involved in the process. My wife and I are very happy with our new roll in shower.

Installation of our shower to shower conversion just finished and we couldn’t be happier. Christian our installer maintained constant communication, explaining both the process and progress. Entire job was completed in a day and a half with no unexpected inconveniences to our routines. Everything was cleaned up and the new shower functions were fully explained. During his visit the field manager, Casey checked to make sure I was fully aware of the progress and expected timeframe. Our account manager Natalie was very responsive through the project from after contract was signed to installation, answering all my questions and inquiries without delay and to my satisfaction.

Josh Smiley, Senior Design Consultant, came today and met with me and my husband in our home to discuss and design a bath-to-shower remodel. We designed a beautiful plan but, ultimately, the cost was outside our current budget. Regardless, he was very pleasant, personable, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. We appreciate him working
with us to at least get a better idea of our options and the cost of a project like this. Great guy and we would definitely go with this company and plan if it were within our budget.
