We had a lovely time designing our kitchen with Amy at wren in fort kinnard Edinburgh. Amy helped with lots of great ideas and designed us a fabulous Kitchen the quality is really good and looks amazing. Appliances are great quality as well. The kitchen fitters done a fantastic job and nothing was too much bother for them. It was a lovely experience from start to finish and we now have a fantastic new kitchen which is stunning.

I decided to go with my own trusted expert fitter after reading some bad reviews about Wren kitchen fitters. I cannot be happier with the final result. The team at Wren Fort Kinnaird was very helpful in the design process which included several revisions with big and small changes to the initial idea. The delivery process was smooth and when one of the doors was discovered to be slightly damaged, it was quickly replaced without any problem and free of charge. The overall experience was great and I would recommend Wren as the supplier of kitchen pieces and appliances (you can ask to price match appliances if you find the same model cheaper elsewhere).

Couldn't recommend wren enough, amazing experience from start to finish. It's great sitting and designing your kitchen and you can even see it in the VR headset in store. The staff were really helpful with giving us their opinions on what would work and helping us decide. My partner installed it, we didn't have wren for that part. But everything was delivered fine.

Do not buy from here.
I ordered two bedroom wardrobes from Wren and asked for fitting to be included. The designer split these orders into two separate orders and one was from the bedroom range and one from the kitchen range. The wren fitter then came to fit them and told me fitting was not included for one of the wardrobes. I disputed this with wren and even sent them an email from the designer stating this was the price of both wardrobes including fitting to prove that I asked for fitting and that it was their error if it was not added on and the customer service was appalling. They did not do anything about this now I have one wardrobe sitting in my house unfitted.

The head office said that because it was a kitchen you need to add a minimum of 5 units to even get fitting and thats why it was not added on. Yet showroom say different and that this is a lie. Both parties saying different things and they offered no help to resolve the issue just told me that it was not included. I never asked for two separate orders, payment etc was all done as one so this is totally their error and they were not helpful at all in resolving.

Also been completely ignored from the designer Rebecca since this all started, not a coincidence, as she knows I asked for this to be included and the error is on her.

Only went back to wren as we got our kitchen from there 2-3 years ago and had no issues. Will never use wren again. Had another outstanding order for a further two wardrobes that is now cancelled as I will never use them again.

Once you pay the customer service is appalling and they will not help you.

I vaguely wondered into this branch of Wren, looking for wardrobe ideas as we are renovating our bedroom. Amy Mucmullen showed us around and she is extremely knowledgeable and could make suggestions about other colour schemes which would complement the products we were considering. Then we looked at how the wardrobes etc would fit in to our bedroom ( I took room the measurements with me ) She is very competent on the design software and produce for us a really good visual of how the thing would look. Then onto pricing, I was pleasantly surprised and Amy found a way to make it affordable for us. I left feeling I had made a good purchase at a sensible price. Thanks Amy

Don't ever use Wrens , they are the worst for customer service. I've had my elderly parents kitchen fitted by them last year , and I'm still in dispute about time, quality of product, and unsafe workmanship, which caused my mum to trip , causing her injury.
All there after is for you to pay them there money , no care or regard to the customer once you've done that !!!!!!!!! I wouldn't even give them one star ?
