I bought my home knowing it needed a lot of updating. I was new to the CSRA area and had no clue who to use for the remodel. I am so glad I chose WOW CK Design. They transformed my home into a beautiful place that will bring me many years of happiness. The fireplace was completely redesigned. Out with the old TV box and unvented gas fireplace! So sleek and modern now with the built-in cabinets! Thank you for the beautiful transformation and great work!

Put in a full kitchen w/ island in a basement renovation over the summer and loved the way it turned out! Quality work, without breaking the bank. Two younger guys did the bulk of the work and all the tile work and they are meticulous. Friendly, polite and clean up after themselves. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. S. Clugston

I would give 0 stars if I could due to the company being untrustworthy. This company installed a closet unit for us and one of the workers STOLE some of our jewelry. I hope this does not happen with anyone else.

As you can see from their comment below there is no accountability taken for who they hire, as the investigator informed me that one of the workers had a history of theft. It’s a shame that you would want to put the blame on your customer, when your hired worker STOLE our items. This incident occurred in April 2022. The jewelry was NOT in the location that they were working in, so the worker went in an area that he should not have been in. There were times when a worker was in the house alone due to them going in and out of the house to get house to get materials/supplies.

This review is to inform everyone of MY experience with this company. So hopefully they now do a better job with background checks.

Kent, Angie, and crew gutted and installed a new kitchen for us in SLV. They also refaced the cabinets in our bar area.Kent worked with my design and offered suggestions for improvement. They did a good job and I will hire them again when we do our bathroom.
