I recently had them do a 2nd job for me. In 2022 they replaced the counters in my kitchen. Now they created granite counters for my primary bathroom and hallway bathrooms, a granite mantel for the fireplace and a ledge in the primary bathroom.
Results are beautiful. They all look so great. All of the staff (office, warehouse, installers and measurement tech) are extremely patient and professional.
They worked with me while I created my vision and had helpful suggestions.
Prices were very reasonable in my opinion.

From the beginning the service with Artelye was wonderful. My wife and I went into the facility on a Saturday which, in our opinion, was the best time to go. It was quiet as the machines are not in use on Saturday. The representative was amazing. Within seconds she knew exactly what we were looking for in our kitchen. After picking the style we were interested in the measuring process in our house was smooth and informative. The gentleman informed me of the care and maintenance needed for our specific type/color of granite and also made other suggestions regarding the installation while he was there.

The installers were also wonderful. They were thorough and did a fantastic job. Artelye will be on the top of the recommendation list for Raleigh. Many thanks! (Regarding the pictures. We opted to not use a granite backsplash so it will be filled in with tile.)

I cannot rave enough about how amazing this company was to work with. Everyone was eager to help us and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. Even when there was an error after initial install, they were back at our home within an hour of my calling them and had fixed the issue with in 24 hours. The price also couldn't be beat, even after estimates from three other places they still came out on top. We love our beautiful new kitchen! I've included our before and after photos so the difference can be seen.

Would definitely recommend Reyhan and Penny at Arteyle for your next granite job! I am a realtor and have been selling new homes for over 15 years. To say I have seen a lot of homes is an understatement. I wanted to pick out a island slab that was special, unique and "spoke" to me when I saw it. I went to well over 10 granite importers and fabricators in the area and could not find anything in my budget or impressed me. As soon I walked into the Artyle I knew I found my granite. Reyhan and Penny were able to match granites to my flooring and tile spot on. I totally trust them as experts in their field to deliver quality granite. I will definitely use them again! I want to thank all the people at Urban Source Countertops that helped us get a gorgeous countertop installed on new kitchen cabinets after we dealt with a terrible house flood. Unfortunately, I first contracted with a "big box" store that subbed everything out. After 3 weeks, I had nothing but pages of email, confusing and double the quote price estimates, and was told our counter tops were still in Spain and would have to go through customs in Florida, then to Raleigh. What a disaster!

So I called Penny at Urban Source. She was so sweet and she had our kitchen measured the next business day. The gentlemen that came out were professional, polite, on time, and using laser-guided equipment measured precisely right. I was so glad I didn't go with the other store, because they were off by 1/4 inch. Within ONE week from first phone call, the countertops were installed perfectly. They also did a fantastic job installing an under-mount sink in a corner and perfectly matched the 4" backsplash.

The quote was cheaper than 2 other places we called, and way cheaper than the popular contractor stores--DON'T GO THERE! Go to Urban Source, b/c it's a place that specializes in countertops, not everything else.

We picked a gorgeous (hard to get) pattern called Pietra in a suede (non-glossy) finish. Penny worked so hard to get it in the finish I wanted which was my number one issue.

Now our kitchen looks INCREDIBLE! We still get compliments from every person who has seen our house and it's fun showing them the before and after pics. It's 2 months after our install, and it still looks like it was installed 15 minutes ago. The whole process was simple from start to finish, estimates were easy to understand and DID NOT GO OVER! Penny was so nice, and I tell all my friends now if you want countertops, go to Urban Source! Thanks Penny and crew! Liz G.

We first used Urban Source, as recommended by our Cabinet vendor Triangle Cabinets (awesome) for fabricating our kitchen countertops with stone from Cosmos, since Urban Source did not have the style of stone (soapstone look-alike) we were looking for. They were able to find a way to make all the kitchen countertops out of one slab, saving us A LOT of money, since I believe Cosmos would have required we buy an entire new slab if we needed any more. They did a great job, installed it quickly and on time for a reasonable cost. Penny at Urban Source was very attentive and nice to work with.
When we decided to put in new cabinets in our master bath, we went right back to Urban Source and went with Penny to find a stone that worked. She was very knowledgable about each stone, upfront about pricing and kept our concerns and requests in mind with good recommendations. Didn't try to up sell us at all. Oh and we got the sink for free, and love it. They installed it super fast, and even drilled a whole in the kitchen countertops where we needed computer chords to pass through at no extra cost.
We will be coming back for any projects in the future.

Predatory and deceptive. I do not recommend, buyer beware. Just a few days before the schedule install, and after receiving the deposit, they contacted me explaining the price needed to go up $1,700 because they'd just figured out the amount of stone would have to double despite having the plans and dimensions for over 3 weeks. Additionally, they're fabrication layout is lazy, they were planning on cutting up the stone to the smallest, laziest pieces. It was going to look bad, glad I cancelled. I cancelled because their pricing wasn't competitive and they'd tied up my kitchen install for 3 weeks. So if you've got money to burn and time to waste and your fine with this company taking your project hostage and want to get gouged, this is the company for you. Also when they did admit they'd handled this badly, after I cancelled, the offered to come down on the cost of the required stone. I said if they felt so bad about it they could refund the cost of the deposit. They kept the $250.
Even with that loss, I went to a competitor in Raleigh, saved over $600 and got a way better install.

local provider of beautiful countertops. services are efficient and timely unlike the big box office. you get what you pay for. only wish they would offer plumbing services and that the cut out was included in the purchase price of the countertops. overall superb experience.
