Tri Point Flooring did a great job once again! They put in our flooring, probably 2 1/2 years ago. About a month ago I noticed a little bit of separation in two of the boards. I emailed Roberto to see what we needed to do about it. He immediately responded and told me they would take care of it. He sent his team here and within 10 minutes they had the floor looking brand new again! Roberto, George and the team are all great to work with! Our flooring looks beautiful again and I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend!

We are getting ready to sell a house where we lived for over 24 years. Needless to say that with animals and other foot traffic the floors needed refinishing and we honestly thought that the wood near the back door would need to be replaced due to the scratches the dogs made.

I interviewed a number of companies, but I was impressed with Roberto and his professionalism, and even though he was a little more expensive that some of the other quotes we chose to go forward with him.

The floors turned out amazing. My wife really won't stop talking about how nice they look. Even near the door looks brand new, and it cost exactly what he said it would cost.

For full disclosure it wasn't perfect - I did find a couple of out of the way areas they didn't clean after they were done, but they were minor and of all the contractors I've had out recently they were definitely the best when it came to cleaning up. Highly recommend.
