Can’t say enough good stuff about Roger the manager over at the tile shop in Farmington. he really went the extra mile today. Stayed late for our client who went to the other location. . Helped us find exactly what We needed. Offered great solutions for us like heated flooring to complement the beautiful tile and backsplash selection and when I say he stayed late, I mean he stayed extra late and kept the doors open just for us. In this day and age that personal touch and commitment to a client just shows his professionalism and kindness. He’s very knowledgeable and his craft and made the selection progress breeze. I will definitely be using him for all of my future Tile solutions. Give this guy a raise.

Roger, the manager, at the Farmington location The Tile Shop was incredible! He went out of his way to stay open later seeing that I had arrived there late and needed to pick quite a bit of tile and backsplash. He was so pleasant, helpful, and patient. I was taken aback seeing that I've never dealt with someone like this before? He happily brought out different tile combinations that we might be interested in and that cut a lot of confusion out of the equation. If you ever need tile to fix your house up, The Tile Shop in Farmington is the place to go and ask for Roger, the manager. He won't disappoint and will have you in and out of there much quicker pleased at the decisions that you made!!

had a great experience walking into your show room dealt with John Whitfield. He was such a kind and patient sales representative. He gave me options. He answered my calls, my text messages, and went over and beyond. Extremely polite did not show any frustration. These are hard employees nowadays he help me so much with the process extremely grateful. The only downfall is you don't have tiles in stock and the waiting period 10 days to two weeks which does hold up a project.

Nowadays you can always find a cheaper tile from somewhere, but you can’t find a better place than the tile shop when you need the great advise to help you making the right selection in styles , colors and material. Andrew Johnson was very helpful going through the details of the pros and cons. The tile shop also has the great return policies, 60 days for unused items and tiles in a full box.

They have a lot of options and usually someone asks if we need any help while roaming the store. The only thing I didnt like is they don't tell you unless you talk to someone which is natural stone vs everything else. It would be nice to have signs on how its organized. Lots of displays to give you ideas as well.

We had done several projects with this location and worked with roger moore. He was so patient and kind and had great suggestions. He was so honest, and we really appreciated his help. I highly recommend asking for Roger, if you are looking to do any projects!!

My wife and I have two projects in the works. We're remaking a fireplace surround and our foyer. We visited three tile shops and Virginia Tile was the only place where we found inspiration.

I reccomend Virginia Tile with extreme prejudice.
