The Kids Shoppe is always well organized and tidy with an abundance of items in every size. I've always been able to find what I need for both my kids and even some items for me. They've always given fair value for my drop off items and I love the concept of recycling gently used items that our kids have barely worn. Every dollar counts these days and The Kids Shoppe helps you stretch your dollar even further. A great place to shop for everyone in the family.

Terrible. They waited 20 min after I left to call me and tell me they would take none of my clothes. I had new items in there never worn. Shorts, t-shirts, etc. No way did it take them that short amount of time to go threw all the clothes I was selling and then tell me they where very 'loved'. No thank you. They be scamming. I'll just drop off at a church next time.

First time visiting the store & selling clothes! Process was easy - drop off clothes, fill out a form, wait for them to screen (?) & they’ll pay you cash. For me took about half an hour. Don’t expect you’ll get lots of money selling clothes - stuff they have in the store are very reasonably priced (some were around $1.99) and conditions are excellent. Will def revisit for my baby!

Bad customer service. Placed an order online but quickly realized it was the wrong item. Emailed them(couldn’t reach on phone either) to cancel the order, and they shipped it out 5 days later. If they have a no cancellation policy, they should at least respond to the email and inform customers

I do not recommend selling to this store, they are absolutely ridiculous, I brought all new with tags items I did not expect to get a whole lot, but I also didn’t expect to be offered less than ten percent of retail, so I refused the low offer, and it wasn’t my first time refusing but when you bring more you expect more obviously, I was then met with the owner coming over to me and saying that since I refused “and wasted her workers time” that I not return to the store. And I asked what she meant like don’t ever come back to sell and she said for at least a year, so I said okay I will never return to the store, which I will not. That store is a JOKE!!!! Disgusting behaviour of the store owner. I went to once upon a child on Tecumseh and I highly recommended selling there, they offered a fair amount more than I was offered at this store and were extremely kind as well.

I would honestly give no star at all. Staff unfriendly and have zero knowledge in customer service. I do not recommend selling any toys to that store.

Went in to find a raincoat, and had no idea where to look. Asked the two girls working the front, and they looked at each other, and then at me like I was an idiot asking the stupidest question they've ever heard. I'm not sure why people feel like its okay to behave in an arrogant way when you work at a USED clothing store. Never going back.

These gals were so nice!
They helped us unload some of our children's gently used items. Allowing us to have a little cash back for new clothing.
We will definitely be back and recommend to others. Especially if you are in South Windsor.
They have a great supply of baby - children's clothing. They recently started carrying women's clothing as well.
