The performance by the Aluminum Company of NC gets top marks, they were outstanding. We found their attention to detail superior and compliment that with their continuous checking and verification if it was exactly what we wanted. That customer attention started from the first meeting with the sales rep up through the final review of their work product with their quality person at the close of the project. I was amazed at their deep bench of professionals as I became aware that most of the staff had been contractors in their own right with a deep experience in the building trades. Communications between all phase of the window replacement process was seamless as well as informative the options for each of our selections, the comparative tradeoffs coupled with what to expect. We believe that their top quality is directly attributable to their continuous focus on customer satisfaction.

With the finished install, our home looks like new, the windows add marked increase in visibility and the sound deadening from outside is a great relief from the noise pollution. My only regret is that this work was not done years ago.

I hired The Aluminum Company of North Carolina to replace the rear door on my house with a sliding door. I'm very happy with the result. The representatives communicated well and there were no surprises. The install crew did a thorough job and did not rush their work. The siding needed to be touched up along one side after the installation, but they sent someone out within a few days to take care of that. Overall, I'm very pleased, and if I need similar work again, I'll contact The Aluminum Company of North Carolina first!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I called to inquire about new exterior doors. They called right away, showed up at our appointment on time. Ryan Monsein showed me lots of options and put together the quote onsite along with some different options. I easily approved the quote. I didn't have to pay a penny until the install was done. They provided an estimate as to how long it would take to manufacture the doors of several months (made in the USA!). They arrived much earlier and they called to schedule an appointment (for 2 days, but it was done in one day in only 4 hours or so). On the appointed day, 2 men showed up on time, were professional and competent, and cleaned up thoroughly. I asked some questions which they answered. Such a relief to have these beautiful new doors and such a great experience!

Sept 2024 update - I decided to replace my storm doors as well (2 photos of new doors below, followed by the old door). As usual, the scheduling and installation went well, and I'm very happy with the results. I asked them to save my old storm doors so I can donate to a friend, and they removed them, including all the hardware, as requested. So great to have such a reliable company. I don't even get competitive bids anymore...just call Aluminum Company!
