David and his workers are so totally incredible. He redid our master shower. In addition, he did some work in our hall bath. I asked after the estimates, if he could do an add on, and he was on it! The shower is beautiful. His work is fantastic. He is meticulous, and careful in how he does his work. He added a shower seat and safety bars for us. Both my husband and I are thrilled with his work! Thank you Dean!

Horrible experience. David was very nice on the phone, and told me he would do an estimate for a deck rebuild that I knew would be 20,000 to 25,000. He asked for photos and info to give a preliminary estimate. I sent them and then never heard back. I waited two weeks and emailed 3 times and was ignored. Then after the wait I called and he said he didn’t even bother to do the estimate because even though it’s part of his job, he doesn’t get paid for estimates, and he felt the job just wasn’t worth his time because past estimates with other people didn’t lead to jobs, so “why bother”. So he ignored me, didn’t do the estimate flaking out on my for weeks and his excuse was how flakey customers are to him. My repeated emails and attempts to work with him proved my desire to get the work done. He is as flakey as the people he complains about, and if a $25,000 job isn’t worth his time to give an estimate, or even get back to the customer to tell them that he is secretly refusing to do the estimate…. He deserves no work. I would never hire him, will only warn people that he is the flake he hopes other won’t be. Don’t bother…. Send ur hard earned money to a true professional…it isn’t here.

I had this David Dean come to my house and installed a whirlpool. I have other work that needs done but will never call this guy again. First he quoted me one price then changed increase the price by $100.00. Yet he did less work due to not having to cut an access panel in back of the house. The whirlpool came with access panels in the front. Did I get a credit for this – of course not. He did not do the job right. I had to hire another person to come out and fix his work. You may ask why I did not ask him to return was due to the fact he took one of my tools. Maybe he took more but I’m not sure. He broke a piece of molding near the tub and told me he has an idea to replace it with title. He did replace but I had to have another person install it. There were other things I can go on about but not going to waste any more time with this. I may have an account called Junk Mail but I’m a real person name Ted.
