We bought an adjustable bed and washer/dryer and were very please with the level of service. The staff did their darndest to get us the best price . They also arranged pick up of our old items and delivered installed the new ones for a very reasonable fee. Karen even remember little details such as" do you have new metal washer cables'?" .Sunshine Coast Appliance is our go-to spot for good quality , competitive priced appliances on the coast.

The store experience was very good with proper sanitation and masks in place to support a proper return to shopping in store.
Excellent job by the two men that delivered and installed the washer that we purchased. They followed a strict cleaning protocol in taking away the old washer, wearing masks and cleaning as they went along. They finished the entire process with a clean swipe on the door handles as they left our house. Delighted in the entire experience in shopping at Sunshine Coast Appliance and Mattress Experts.

Bought a brand new washer dryer a couple weeks ago. I had it installed by this company. They left without saying anything after install and I didn’t have a chance to inspect the actual unit before they left. Upon seeing shortly thereafter it I noticed the door hinge to dryer was bent and it didn’t close flush or plumb. I can’t close the dryer properly without the whole unit tipping, and I have to slam it really hard. (Not like regular slamming of a dryer, This is nothing like any dryer I’ve seen). When I called them to ask them to return to see what I was talking the employee told me over the phone they were just like that and had to be slammed. I was very doubtful but took her word for it very disappointed. Now my parents have been using it and we are all confirming this is not normal at all. They refuse to assist me unless I deal with warranty. I will absolutely never support this business as they are unethical and I feel completely ripped off since they installed a defective unit and are assuming zero responsibility. Shameful.

The lady working was not kind or empathetic, she said I had to report it within 48 hours. I reported it initially within minutes as soon as I noticed it. She brushed me off and told me it was fine and now it’s passed the timeframe and in warranty mode. I’m thoroughly disgusted by the unethical behaviour of this company.

Bought a Maytag washing machine and the extended warranty. Washing machine stopped working in less than a year! It’s covered by warranty but it’s been a week and still haven’t heard from repair person. A warranty is absolutely useless if they only have one guy for the entire coast and he doesn’t return messages. I am currently looking to buy a used washer that isn’t digital!! Maytag is absolute garbage!!
