It's one thing to have a great selection, showroom, and friendly sales staff. That'll get you 3 stars. Good follow up support though, that's what really marks the difference IMO. I picked up our order a long time ago, and due to some permitting issues we weren't able to get to fixture installation until many months later. At that time, it appeared I'd lost one of the items. I bought it elsewhere and forgot all about it.

Yesterday Gretchen reached out and asked when I was going to come get the showerhead, and when I explained the situation she graciously and painlessless said a refund wouldn't be a problem as they still stock that item. So, great post sales customer service and staff you can trust.

Yikes Heather is belittling and combative over the phone. She has poor manners and customer service skills. Had a more pleasant conversation with Mike, who owns this business. Good selection, ample parking, lovely staff (with above mentioned exception) that is not overbearing. Team is helpful even if you have a toddler with you. They gave my daughter crayons to color with while I was completing my order.

Gretchen and Nuno are the best. Great vision and very patient as you progress through your project. We've don multiple projects with them: kitchen, multiple bathrooms and a complete ADU, all have turned out wonderful. They work tirelessly to make sure you're happy. I wish I could give them 6 stars!
