I am giving 5 stars because my sales rep Antonio Murrow was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely thorough and responsive throughout the process. I closed on my home in September and I have still been able to reach out to him and receive incredible customer service experience which cannot be said about everyone who works at that community. my project manager Joe was also amazing, he built a great home during my orientation there was minimum issues with the home and he did a great job getting everything taken care of for my family. Antonio and Joe made my purchasing experience a great one at starlight.

The builder is trash the fake HOA that doesn’t have 1 homeowner on it is trash! The pool stay broke because all neighboring neighbors can use a damage the property customer service stucks. The homes was built with the cheapest material just coming into year 4 floors are cracked foundation is crack roof is leaking (mind you it’s not covered) such a waste of purchase as a Veteran 1st time homeowner I wish I would have chosen something way better! We have more renters than homeowners! Investors came in bought multiple house and rent them out double my mortgage payment! Do not buy with Starlight Homes Ashton Woods and definitely not in Shepard’s Park! I wish I could sale to investors like my previous neighbors that have moved to better! Currently there is 5 house with roof issues and mind no home is over 4-5 years old

Very poor quality build: no options - everything is pre-selected by builder; absolutely no landscaping. Frankly, for the money, first time home buyers would be better off buying in a nice townhome community, building equity and then making a buy in a single home community. Can not imagine a year over year equity build in this community.

I have never written such a negative review but I can’t express my disgust with Starlight Homes. If you want to work with a builder whose employees are never on time, never respond to emails & don’t follow through with their warranty commitments then Starlight Homes is for you. I am horrified by the customer service of the Raleigh team & avoid everyone to stay far, far away from purchasing a home from this builder. I have tried to speak to multiple employees of this company by phone & email but never get a response. Their warranty is a joke & there are so many other builders who actually take the 1 year walk through seriously. Please save yourself the trouble & take your business elsewhere!

We haven’t bought a home YET from them, but I definitely wanted to leave an accurate review on working with them so far. Lisa and Kelly are amazing! They worked with us when we walked in without an appointment and answered all of our questions. They’ve shown us several homes and are working with us to get prequalified. They’ve really taken care of everything so far and I’m very excited to continue working with them to buy our first home!
