Do not use this company! The employee who came out was real nice. However, he damaged the drain pipe that he was unclogging. Told me we had 2 clogs in the drain and one was a little more difficult to get but he got it. Couple weeks later we have water coming out of our kitchen cabinets. Had to call our home warranty again thinking we had a leak. A different Plumbing company comes doesn’t know exactly what pipe it is because he can’t cut the whole wall out to find it. Called a leak detection company and they think they know what pipe it is but they to are wrong. We reached out to our insurance due to the damage and having to tear out wall to find where water is coming from. Restoration company comes out and opens the wall and we find this drain pipe the same one they unclogged has a hole in it. Clearly, something went through the pipe. I reached out to the owner to notify them what took place instead of owner Shodey talking to me he has his operator talk for him. Says he’s not there. I sent an email about the situation and attached pictures. No response. I call back 2 more times and the last phone call the owner again has operator speak for him and tells me that any damage done to my property by one of their employees they are not responsible for. So I asked her, so what you’re saying is you can go into anyone’s home and do damage and your not responsible. She said owner showed her in paperwork where it states this. I asked for it to be sent to me. I get sent my invoice I signed saying the job was completed and what I paid. Nothing states they are not responsible. I reply to email asking again for that paperwork. No response. I do not recommend this company they do not stand by their work at all. The owner who is supposed to providing customer service won’t even return a phone call or an email.

This is the worst so call business ever. Starting with the technician and ending with the manager or so call owner. They were called through home warranty to check our a/c unit and found that the fan motor was bad. ALL this ediot technician had to do was replace the motor. When he came by he said that the outside unit and the furnace in the attic had to be cleaned 1st before they would replace the motor. I asked why did he have to go up in the attic when the problem was outside. His response was they would not replace the motor until both units were cleaned per management. As this moron went up to the attic I followed him up and started recording him.he took the screws and seals off the panel and started cleaning with a toilet brush. When he was so call done he went outside and removed the screws off the unit panel and took off one side so he could wash it from the inside. I went inside for awhile and he came inside and said he was done.when he left I checked his work and I was very disappointed on his work. Most of the screws were missing from the panels and in the attic he also was missing screws on the panel and also he did not replace the seals. The next day we came to find out the ceiling dripping water and the bed was wet.i started to check the vedio and found out that he stepped on the drain line and disconnected it.I call the ediot manager and he said that they were not responsible. This is the company that Home Warranty Old Republic uses. I called them to and they said they were not responsible cause they use a 3rd party contractor. Service Squad personnel, managers and owners don't care about the customer's. This is by far THE WORSE BUSINESS EVER. A TRASH OF A COMPANY. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

BUYER BEWARE: If I could give this company a 0 rating I would! The owner Shawnee is extremely rude and disrespectful, the technicians are definitely not qualified technicians and their overall customer service is terrible! They also state they provide emergency service which is a Lie!
My AC was not working when the temps were in the 100’s and they came to look at my unit. The technician said I was low on Freon and there were no leaks. I had to pay out of pocket cause my warrant doesn’t cover leaks. I then went ahead and purchased their maintenance package thinking they were going to be good. A month later my unit started doing the same thing again. They came out 2 more times for the same issue. It would work for a month or two then stop working. The last time it stopped working they had me waiting all day and said someone would be here noon. Around 3:30-4 I had to call them and they said the technician had an emergency and is not able to come out, I’ll have to reschedule for Monday. Mind you, this is Friday and it’s 102 degrees outside and 85 degrees inside my house?

Now fast forward to Nov I’m having the same issue cause they never fixed it and now I’m being told I need a new AC. Called to get all my reports/diagnosis from them to be told by Shawnee that it’s too late, my file is closed then he hangs up on me….. The ABSOLUTE worst company! So hire them at your own risk!!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had the absolute worst customer service experience with them. My original appointment was for Thursday from 3-5. I took the afternoon off to be home for that, only to be informed late that afternoon that they needed to reschedule because their technician was behind schedule. My next appointment was for Friday between 4-6, and I received a phone call at 3:30 to inform me that they needed to reschedule because, AGAIN, their tech was running behind. I explained that I am without A/C and needed someone to come today. I was assured that someone would come. At 5:42 pm I received a text saying my appointment had been rescheduled for Monday. I called back and explained that I was willing to wait, but that I needed someone today. Furthermore, that I'm not available Monday, nor am I able to take work off again. (I'm a teacher, and we have a sub shortage) I was given the runaround and told to find someone else because they would not come to my house. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I do not understand how anyone could find it appropriate to reschedule multiple times and then say guess you better find someone else- at 6 pm on a Friday.

The job was to fix a shower leak... Plumber shows up... Takes my shower apart.. Leaves to get the part... Never returns.. Texted me sorry couldn't find the part ... He said he would order the part and return asap to install. 3 weeks later... No text no call... No communication ... I bought the part that and made the repair myself. The company did nothing other than take my shower apart (which was silly because the part was available)... They charged me the 75$ trip fee for my warranty company fee....did no work.

I would not use them again. Also... I called during the situation... Put on hold... Lot of promises to return call and follow up. I was not a priority. Even with my shower being down for 3 weeks.. They failed me and my family.

I'm a Veteran... And low character actions like this bothers me. I have all the supporting texts and photos to support my claim.

Charles showed up and looked at my problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the cracked piping, cleaned the drain from kitchen sink to the main and tested for blockage. Just a wonderful guys working for a great company

If you have tried them you know this is a total brother in law operation. If you have not tried them you might believe the planted five star reviews. Alex is a crook sent by choice home warranty. He came out and sounded great, like he knew what he was doing. When he turned in his report to the warranty company it was full of falsehoods. In fact he tried to get out of coming out a second time saying he would just file a report. When Choice Warranty said they would take service squad off of their service vendor list, all of the sudden he had time to come out. I called several times trying to get info or just a quote for replacing the hot water heater. I have never been able to get a call back or further information. Please note that I fully expect the owner to make some legit "sounding" comment but to never call me back. Please do not fall for this. Also check the number of reviews the 5 star reviews have done?!?!?!? I can prove by phone records five phone calls to them that have not been returned. Please don't fall prey. So crooked. I hope you can live with yourself, Alex. It is a small world out here on the lake.

Alex was very professional, courteous, and patient. Alex answered every concern I had, he was very presentable, cleaned his feet before entering my home very, and made sure everything was clean before he left. I will definitely use Service Squad again if needed and refer them to family and friends. Deanna was great in getting the job scheduled, she has such a pleasant personality. Alex and Deanna great job!!!!
