I would give 0 stars if possible. The only person who would seems friendly and professional is the guy who is probably from sales team. Other than that, the whole team and the contractors they send to work are just very incompetent to say the least. I approved the quote last year in July and was told it will take 8-11 weeks to get the job scheduled. My job was smaller (6 window screens and a patio screen door) compared to some of the other ones out there. Angie cancelled my appointment when we had waited several weeks to only tell me that she can schedule another one 8-11 weeks out. They made no accommodations what so ever. I finally had some people come over in October who took 6 hours to do 6 screens! (they were leaving out huge gaps between the screen frame and the window which had to be corrected several times). They did not take it lightly that I told them to fix those gaps and left after making sexist comments about me. They didn't get the right hardware for the patio door and had to come back another time in November. The lock on the patio screen door broke this summer and I have been trying to contact them since August. But Angie is either too busy to get on the phone or not finding time to fix things that are under warranty. I am still waiting for a response and every time I call, somebody answers saying Angie is the only one who can schedule an appointment for fixing our patio screen door and there is nothing they can do. At this time, I don't even know if they will respond. Better find another company and stay away from this one.

I’m very pleased with quality of the new screens. The team removed my damaged screens and put in new metal frame screens . The Better Vue screens are worth the extra $ The workers were polite and did good work. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it took 3 months to get on their schedule!

UPDATE Feb 2024: I do NOT recommend the better Vue screens. I now have several 2-3 inch holes in my screens caused by chewing insects. A stronger wire mesh would be better in the Raleigh area.

I am highly impressed by this company. I hate to write reviews good or bad but these guys really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The initial meeting with our designer was very positive. Rich explained everything thoroughly and even recommended some upgrades to make sure we were happy with the overall look and function of the project. Yes, the wait times are a little long but great things take time and due to staffing issues everywhere, they dedicate as much time as you need to make sure you get what you want. We had about 4 estimates on different projects and each time, Rich answered our questions. The crew are extremely professional and hardworking, and the office was available to answer all of our questions during this time. They really want their customer to be happy and will do everything to make sure your needs are met. The material is pretty solid and would recommend them to anyone. Highly recommend.
