We ordered a patio set from this location and drove from London to pick it up. All the employees at the store were incredibly helpful & accommodating. There was a particular employee named Arni who helped us strap the boxes down in our pick up truck, and he was just the sweetest and most helpful person ever. We had a great experience, and Arni was the best!

Lets talk about the Rona staff.

Quite a good group of folks

Always right there asking if there is anything they can help you with.

Every time I go into the store they are always friendly kind and courteous.

I really like that, some places couldn't be bothered to ask you anything.
They just let you walk around and leave.
not Rona staff in Wallaceburg.

They want you to feel like you are appropriated and feel important.

As for Rona itself;
If it isn't in the store they can
9 times out of ten
get it for you .

I'm new to the Wallaceburg area and my new home required extensive renovations. I've been in the store almost daily recently and staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Most recently, I had an issue with my new kitchen sink on my countertop install day and needed to find a replacement ASAP.
