So, on Sep.5/24, we went to Rona+ on McCloud Rd. in Niagara Falls, Ont. to get some questions answered, and to buy drywall.

We went to the Pro Desk where we met Iven and Jennifer who proceeded to greet us and ask how they could help us.

We asked our questions and had them answered in detail. Iven checked on the computer and explained the Pro system etc. while Jennifer also assisted.

We needed 4 sheets of regular drywall so after paying for them Iven promptly got a cart and they loaded the drywall on to it.

My wife and I brought our truck up to the loading area where our drywall was loaded into our vehicle.

We had a positive and pleasurable experience at Rona + Niagara Falls, Ontario and met 2 excellent staff who served us well.

Thanks Iven and Jennifer for making our shopping experience so pleasurable and positive!

Love shopping at this Rona @Niagara Falls! They always have great deals going, prices are often significantly better than that at HD, there is a loyalty program and most importantly, their staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, eager to share and help navigating through often tough choices. This adds a great deal to the connectedness level, this store just feels like a family next door, they are a part of the community for real. In this regard, I'd like to call out Shannon, their associate, who was super helpful in solving my "build a backyard paradise with a grill and a whole set of furniture." She understood the scope of my project on the fly, offered a solid advice, and most importantly, organized the labor inside the store to help get the large boxes off the high shelves super fast (this does not happen very often in other stores). All in all I was all set in 15 minutes, which could have taken an hour or more elsewhere. All of my stuff was quickly loaded into my car. Kudos and hats off to her! Highly recommend and will be shopping here every chance I get.

From the second I walked in I was greeted with a friendly good morning! Was shown where to find what I was looking for, then the gentleman in the garden center helped me load the concrete bricks into the buggy for me! Checking out was the same happy and positive attitude! Thank you to everyone at Rona for being so friendly!

Visited RONA+ (formerly Lowes) on their first weekend open as the new brand.

Staff were friendly and they had a lot going to celebrate their new branding. I really enjoy the attention and focus they have for contractors/small businesses, their VIP program keeps me shopping as a loyal customer.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Washrooms are well kept and clean.

Great location just off the QEW in southern Niagara Falls.

Recently purchased a defective air conditioner unit from another location, upon calling for a replacement Rob was incredible! Showed up he already had one set aside waiting for me, swapped parts so I didn’t need to take apart the window pieces! Even after forgetting an adapter piece and needing to return he was kind and understand and went above and beyond to help me! Truly recommend visiting this store and Rob, thanks again for all your help!!!!

We went here looking for a very specific item. There were plenty of staff available on the sales floor. Wayne asked us if we needed help. When he could not find the item, he went to find the department manager (Carl). They could not find the skid that we wanted so they offered the display model at a discount. We felt very fortunate to have come across these two individuals at the store. They were extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Thank you Carl and Wayne!! Keep up the amazing work!!
